The Bible says that you will know false prophets by their deeds. Jesus asked his followers to give away what they owned and follow Him. Those that surround themselves in wealth and materiality and then pretend to preach the gospel are not Christ followers. They are instead, charlatans and false prophets.

Yes and no. Yes, in that charlatans like this provide the impetus for some folks to, and often for the first time, truly examine what they believe in, how they came to believe in it, and objectively analyze it for the first time in their lives, often as adults. No, in that the reason people ultimately move from belief to disbelief, is that it falls apart like a house of cards under even moderate examination, the number of contradictions are staggering, the level of negotiation that one must undertake with what is in the bible is off the charts, and these guys figured that out decades ago...they are just using it as a grift and con...as the world is full of grifters and con men...do you really think that if these guys believed anything in the bible was real, they would so brazenly con folks out of their coin? Nope.

Jesus actually warned of many false teachers, false preachers and prophets who would come to draw people towards themselves and scatter the flock of God. Jesus said: By their fruits ye shall know them. These pastors are obviously focused on selfenrichtment in the disguise of preaching the gospel. Actually Jesus warned of these folks, yet it's people who need to open their eyes not to fall for their way of living. Jesus was a carpenter. Jesus worked and he preached. If the pastor wants to get a plane that expensive, let him go get a job and let's see if he will purchase it from all his time and labour. These pastors will surely stand before the judgement seat and give account to their actions. Jesus did ride a donkey because his method of transport reflected his humble character. If jesus was present in this time and age he would if needed go by plane and be on those lowbudget airplanes. The essence is preaching the gospel to the poor not using the poor to increase the preachers lifestyle.
I wish people would be bold enough to walk into these churches and start flipping tables like Jesus did.
These guys will have to account for their actions.

If he was truly a man of God, then he’d most likely live a relatively meagre lifestyle and use the millions saved from not having a mansion or a fleet of planes, and use those millions to help those in need or other good causes. Instead, he’s playing on people’s beliefs purely for greed. I dare say, he probably doesn’t believe in God at all, but knows it pays for his extravagant lifestyle!
