Anyone else finding themselves inadvertently talking like Moira and posturing like Alexis after binge watching the show?
Yes
All the time, bebe
I thought it was just me!♥️
yes bebé, BOOP!
Boop!
The fact that Jennifer is genuinely fan girling over each of them is just *chef's kiss* 😍😍😍😍😭😭😭😍😍
What does chef's kiss mean I never heard that expression.
@@johndean4727 I think it means when you put a hand up to your mouth, fingers together, then you kiss and sort of explode your fingers out while moving your hand away from your mouth. it's a gesture really. hope that makes sense, it's difficult to explain!
She is fangirling SO hard
I love that Moira dressed like the pope for David’s wedding
“Our lives are like Bebe crows” GENIUS
want to like but its at 69, sorry
@@theartofbeingstupid8539 you can like it now.
@@johndean4727 thanks for the kind reminder kind sir, duty fulfilled
Actually genius
I’m laughing so hard!!!!!
Eugene Levy's eyebrows alone should win an Emmy.
Legends All.
Lol
I think they did, didn't they? That show won so many, I can't remember.
Jennifer Garner is fangirling hard! I love it! Also, she might be an Emmy voter so that's a plus.
LOL as soon as I saw Jen with her pen at the start of the vid. SHE DID NOT COME HERE TO PLAY! And true enough, yaaas to this insightful interview! 😂😂😂😂😂
idk why the thought of annie booping alexis goodbye just hit me so hard
Having just finished Schitt’s Creek, I’ve been binging interviews on RUclips... Jennifer definitely has done the best job guiding a fun conversation!
Just finished binging the series and here I am digging for more!
Yess
Same! 😍
Me too.
I’ve watched way too many of their interviews and this is definitely the best and her questions were well thought out!
What started out as just a little Canadian show, certainly took the world by storm!
You could say we really folded them in.....to our hearts.
@@telectronix1368 how DO you fold in the cheese? 😂
@@Josh-Stewart You just FOLD it in!
Took my Covid brain by storm! One shining light in a world wind of Schit these past few years!!!
Annie Murphy is extremely grateful and happy to have played this role. She always thanks Dan for giving this job to her.
Throw an Emmy at Catharine O'hara!!! Making me cry, this is genius. Every subtly nuanced part about her performance is worthy. It'll be pure robbery if she doesn't win.
UPDATE: they threw and she caught it! Historic wins!!! 🤗😁😀
She won !!
Well...this aged well.
We’ve struggled with penury for a while now. Just 2 years ago we were practically ‘OMELESS!
Crab bapple
I’ve never liked a show as much as Schitt’s Creek.
I’ve never felt as safe as when I’m in its world.
I’ve never known love as free to grow as when I’m watching it.
It’s not been an easy few months for any of us, but knowing that it will always be there for us makes everything okay.
Schitt's Creek is our Happy Ending!!
Thanks to Dan, Eugene and all the cast, crew and writers for creating this perfect gem of a show that has shown us how beautiful the world could be. They will never truly understand what they have given us or how much their beautiful creation has meant to us. Our effusive thanks is but a mote of dust in the beam of sunlight we bask in thanks to them. We will forever be indebted to them for the joy they have given us in 22 minute segments and I wish nothing but the best of luck with all future endeavours.
I think that the fact that there is no homophobia or bigotry in Schitt's Creek is wonderful and that is why it means so much to LGBTQAI+ people and their allies. There never needed to be an angsty episode where people were commenting on David's Pan-sexuality, Patrick being Gay, Jake being Polyamorous (although I suspect that Jake is a Sexual Hedonist rather than Poly) or Ronnie being a Lesbian. Everyone just accepts everyone for who they are, and wouldn't that be a wonderful world to live in?
Beautifully written🥰
The most accurate comment ever ❤️❤️❤️
Wow couldn't have said it better. In low moments I watch it. Its been a tonic during this pandemic 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you for articulating so beautifully how i feel about this show. I went into watching thinking it wouldn't be for me but I'll give it a try....cut to me binge watching 6 seasons in two weeks. I feel in love with these people and i cried like a baby when it ended.
“More of dust in a beam of sunlight” “bask in” Woooow. Did you wet your pants while you wrote that or have an orgasm? You know what else is cool? Having real life relationships with people and not just living through tv show characters. Although to come think of it, real life people can probably sense the d e s p e r a t I o n a mile away
One of the great things about the show is even the side characters are very memorable and have personalities of their own. Stevie, Patrick, Ronny, Twyla, Jocelyn and Roland. See? They’re so memorable.
My fave was jake.
You forgot bob
Yes.. small town concept was brilliant.. everyone has been given so much screen time... and Patrick 🥰😍 and Stevie
Exactly, every single regular was unique and outstanding.
Bob, Ray, and others not mentioned...but ALL were so great and I miss this show so much ❣️❣️❣️
Favorite two episodes: The winery commercial (laughed my rear off!) and Moira bring Stevie out of her comfort zone to go on stage (cried my eyes out)
Than when David says to the person next to him in the audience after Stevie sings "she's my friend" with such love.....omg...sniff, sniff
The winery commercial was genius. That is real talent.
That’s a heartbreakingly lovely photo of Eugene and John Candy behind him on Eugene’s wall.
If you have ever seen Uncle Buck, the last scene of him waving good bye makes me cry every time. John Candy was a lovely human being and a born entertainer. Gone way too soon.
Yes! I saw that! I wonder if it’s from the set of Once Upon a Crime ... 🤔
That is cool is photo of John Candy ( I tried to get my daughter to his autograph ticat game his and Marty Short they were sitting not even ten feet away from me!)💔♥️🇨🇦.
Yes I saw that too
The entire wall is the greatest history of some of the best comedians that Canada has produced.
Jennifer's questions were so technical and brilliant. These are the types of things that fascinate us, thank you. Wonderful video. Love Schitt's Creek. The Levy's are our national treasures.
This is so true! She ask's the questions as a fan. After watching so many of Dans interviews it's nice to hear someone outside of a Talkshow Host ask questions I actually want to know. all the Actors are so candid.
You can tell Jennifer is vested in the show, the characters, the process of acting. She is not asking the same traditional general questions.
I love that this was done by Jennifer Garner. Loved all of THEM.
Bob has the best entrances of any character on tv. Except for maybe Kramer.
I, like Catherine, believe that the Roses are continuing on “out there”, too. It helps with the sorrow of the show being over. What a precious blessing this show was for me.
Well that was lovely, what a show. Jennifer Garner a total fan like the rest of us, cool to see too. They seem like such sound people, insanely talented.
🇨🇦
One of the best series to binge ever. Going to binge again for second time. It's that good and funny.
It’s amazing to binge! I watched the whole thing for the first time in 6 days! 🤣
so truuu. me tooo
The best because you really don’t get the interruption of several days in between and the flow of going into each scene.
@@lukenickarchie9889 me too !!! actually it would be 5 days but I'm keeping the last episode of S6 for another day to make it 6 days 😂😂😂
Yeees same here 😂
You know, I was so sad to know the show ended when we all wanted so much more. But, it is such perfection ending on such a high note. This is the first show where I have felt like the characters aren't gone, they really are just off living their lives. I can really imagine Patrick and David being so domestic in their new home and Alexis off becoming her best self in NY. So brilliant.
She’s so starstruck even though she’s a star herself. So cute. I love her, and all of them as well. ❤️
We need them ALL to win their Emmy awards this year!
Kieran Lehane and they do!!!!!!!
They did. They did. Our little bebbe show won it all!! 😅
They won!!
And they didn’t only win, but smashed records.
Probably the Highlight of 2020! :)
Well deserved Emmy wins. Congratulations to all of you! 😭😭😭
Here Here!!
I could just watch Dan's face for this whole interview! OBSESSED with this show and cast!
Dan's facial expressions are something like Al Franken's in that before he even says a word you know something funny is going to come out.
Catherine is so great at her craft. A tiny thing like, In a zoom call instead of uncomfortably staring straight ahead she sits at an angle to make things less head on. She's amaze
Side annecdote: just listened to an interview with Michael McKean where he talked about working with Catherine on Best in Show - she was filming a scene where she bumps into an old flame and gets embarassed and on EVERY TAKE she not only improvised a great line but she was able to blush on cue.
@@telectronix1368 she is a gem no dout.
Jennifer, you are a treasure, incredibly warm hearted and I loved every minute of your interview especially when you hold back becoming overwhelmed by emotion. I adore this show too and Annie was masterful and Dan was sublime and Eugene with Catherine together was so natural . ... bliss....
Geez RUclips really knows me. I just finished the series and I'm just so grateful to be in a world especially during these trying times where Schitt's Creek exists. Jennifer perfectly described it as the perfect antidote to our current affairs. Never have I seen a series that made me laugh and cry and smile and love in equal measure. As sad as it is to know the show is over, I also take solace in knowing I can watch any episode any time and know I'll be ok. The show is a blessing that surprised me season after season. The way it started as them as superficial, selfish people and then to see them grow as individuals and as a cohesive family unit just made my heart full. And don't get me started on the costume design and soundtrack lol. And the many memorable scenes that moved me to tears. Ok I'll stop lol. Just thank you.
perfectly said. :)
I love that Jennifer sounds like Moira the first time she says "David"
This interview is way deeper than most. On the others, they just keep asking the same questions. Great job Jennifer!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Schitt’s creek made me weep multiple times. Jennifer made me weep with the “You get to exhale now”. Why do I love people who make me cry?
You can see the love and adoration they all have for each other even through a screen. The way Catherine smiles whenever Eugene speaks, or the kind words for Annie. It's lovely.
Also, Jennifer will forever be a crush and just a genuine sweetheart😍
discovering this show last year was the most wonderful thing.
44:11-44:38 Where Jennifer Garner talks about still not having seen the final episode of Alias because goodbyes are really hard and starts holding back her emotions, and then everyone's reactions. I keep replaying this over and over because I've SEEN the behind-the-scenes of the final episode of Alias and she legit cried after her final shot and started hugging everyone.
I’ve always been a fan of hers and seeing her start to cry even after all these years makes me feel good about my choice to be her fan. She’s good people.
I am loving how the interview is so much more personal over Zoom. Jennifer especially is so relaxed and so casual and so real. Her questions like others pointed out are exactly fan questions that we all want to know. I doubt this would have been such a fun interview if they were in a room together. This casualness, authenticity of a Zoom interview i am really enjoying. Perhaps they are not wearing pants or wearing flip flops that brings up this relaxed air.
My thoughts exactly. Thanks Jennifer.
It's Jennifer being an actual fan I feel like but it's also Canadians. :) We casual, we chill, we cool.
Interviews via zoom seem so difficult with regard to detecting social cues. Jen and all interviewees did really well to navigate it
So proud to call these wonder Canadians one of ours!!
OMG I can't when Annie boop'd herself goodbye
Jennifer called Dan David! Hahahaha, that's so funny, you kind of expect actors to be able to differentiate between an actor and their character!
I thought I was the only one who caught that!
Is it just me or does she seem a little drunk or something? Granted I’ve only been watching for a couple minutes.
You can see that he caught that too! Lol, but lord knows we've called ppl by the wrong name all the time. And she had just been talking about his character, so a forgivable oopsie daisy
@@sarahcosgrove997 Not drunk. Just fangirling.
Jennifer seems star struck 🤩 She is obviously a true fan 👏👏👏
I've never loved a show as much as Schitt's Creek or loved a cast more. Absolutely adore how close they are in real life and how proud they are of each other. Nothing but love, love, love! ❤
What I love the most about this show is how it depicts love and relationships. I’ve never seen a married couple on tv the way the Moira and Johnny are with eachother. They support eachother whole heartedly. John takes care of Moira And treats her like a queen. Johnny is the true definition of a gentleman. He means well always and will do anything for his family. I also like how the show shows that sometimes being the head of the family can take its toll when you experience financial setback. It reminds me of my dad and how he stays proud in front of us and doesn’t let us know when things go wrong and he tries his best to make moves behind the scenes for the betterment of the family. It kind of gave me a insight of what his struggles may have looked like in those “behind the scenes”. I JUST LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH!
After all speaking at once
Dan and Eugene to Jennifer: “go for it”
Jennifer: “nope” 🤐
La la la la la la la a little bit emotional
:D
Nicely done!
I can't stop laughing. xD
They are just lovely people and that deserves recognition! Jennifer was twinning me because she asked all of the same questions I would have asked all she mentioned some of my all time favorite scenes. This interview was so much fun.
It is so fun to watch the show especially in the motel when the pipe was dripping on Eugene head and see him complaining to David having the night gown wet.....thank you all gangs it is worth the best Emmys...
OMGGGGAAAAAAAAAAA. i just can't stop crying after that scene. this is truly one of THE BEST things to happen in our time. Celebration of diversity, humour and above all... LOVE.
Jennifer looks like she's in HEAVEN doing this interview. :D Can't say I blame her, being surrounded by this bunch of geniuses.
Wow. Jennifer - good job as interviewer! Love them all! Eugene is so humble. I didn't realize until the show was over how he held the show together. He was that beautiful calm, stable parental force that made everyone feel safe. Wait. Didn't Jennifer say something like? Alexis's growth was subtle and amazing. Moira's so funny, Dan - no words for what you created ... and finally ... everyone should have a Patrick.
Above all else they accomplished, Dan gave us a tribute to his dad
I would like an 'Inside the Actors' Studio' -style interview with Catherine O'Hara
I love Jennifer G being a fan girl and interviewing. Loved it all.
Schmitt's Creek was all love from beginning to end! What more can be better than that and what the world needs most of! ❤️🍁🇨🇦🍁
Omg after watching 5 seasons I feel like it’s a real town and these people are real and I wish I could meet all of these people in Schitt’s Creek
Best Quarantine Binge Hands Down! And turning friends onto it...and they text you in the middle of the night wanting to disect every scene with you and you're like..ok I'm game! You're just excited to feel how much you love the show.....through others💙💙
Love Schitt’s Creek. I have been obsessed with watching interviews about this show.....and now Jennifer Garner offers us this intimate look at the cast. UGH....I can’t cry anymore! The story of David and Patrick’s love and marriage, is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. The way the characters grew to love and appreciate each other was so fun to watch. And Dan Levy....as a straight 47 year old, I shouldn’t be as attracted to him as I am....but goodness. The way he articulates, and oozes sexiness....YUM!
As a fiormer Canadian who now lives in Texas I think it is great that Catherine is in Muskoka the summer place of Toronto and so amazing. I used to spend my childhood there.
Jennifer Garner IS America's Sweetheart!
The picture behind Eugene of him and John Candy 😭😭
Bravo Jennifer... you did amazing job with this!!!! Loved seeing these 4 together again.. and your sweetness.. and fandom shone right through. I could feel how emotional you were talking to them ... how genuine you were with all your questions, and hearing and appreciating their replies. The whole interview had me so emotional!!!! lol I was constantly getting weepy and had that feeling of holding back a really good cry!!! hahaha Oh my gosh you and the cast just pulled on my heart soooooo hard. It was beautiful.. and between my sniffs... I giggled so hard at some of the fun memories we got to relive from the show by hearing the cast break down where all that great stuff came from. Soooooo ....thank you for taking me on this ride with you all. This die hard Schitt's Creek fan loved the show from the first episode that it came out on CBC to the finale.. and now this brilliant Q&A! Bliss.. my heart feels full.....
I love watching how respectful they are about not interrupting each other and clamoring to talk.
What a treasure to hear the cast lovingly boast about one another's performances. This is truly one of the best shows ever to grace our television sets!
I love, love, love this show and the entire cast.
Jennifer is just the sweetest! I love this show sooooo much, I will watch it again for sure.
Jennifer did a great job! She did her homework. The cast and, I think, this audience appreciated it very much. Many thanks to everyone!!
I binged watch Season 1-5 in a week. I fell in love with the cast and the show. So I will catch Season 6 Wednesday on Netflix. I'm sad it's over 😢💕😊
Love that Jennifer Garner pours her enthusiasm over all.
Thank you all so so so so very much for this brilliant show, brilliant performers fabulous interview. I am so grateful for your beautiful work. Stay safe Thank you all
Best host ever! So touching and fun to watch. Good job!
One of my best finds of 2020...Wish I had found it sooner but I guess it was meant to meet me in 2020, the time I needed it the most! So much love for this show.
Same over here, finished 6 seasons in a week after the emmy sweep
Such a good show!!! I watch it repeatedly, loved the script, the characters, the hilarious facial expressions, all good acting, Jazzagals sang their harmonies so beautifully well. Very well written.
Dear Schitts Creek, you may adopt me. Please and Thank you.
ALL THE LOVE!!! XXX ;-)
What a nice surprise! Thanks Pop TV for this treat. I wish there was a part 2 with other 4 actors of this amazing show (like Noah Reid, Emily Hampshire, Dustin Milligan and Sarah Levy). Hint, hint Pop TV :D
I don't know much of Jennifer Garner's career but she was really one of us: asking the right questions and enjoying a chat with these wonderful people!
You forgot the greatest, Chris Elliott! 😛
@@uzi978 He's great (Hey, he's the mayor!) but I've never seen him in interviews so I don't think he'll ever accept
Hello my fellow Canadians, Kudos to you.......wow what can i say about this series, but FANTASTIC, and thank you for this show. I am a 56 year old woman, starting her life over, in the Great White North (Sturgeon Falls, ON)....so I know where Maskoka is, lol.....and one day will run into Katherine, I am sure....lol....but I wanted to say, thank you so very much for having Victor Garbor into this amazing series......I am a huge fan of Godspell.....so with that being said.......huggs, love, kisses, I love you all, and will watch the whole series again for the 5th time.....Love you all
The smartest, most thought provoking. Loving, crazy, wonderful series EVER. These beautiful characters make me laugh, cry, and cheer me up like no other during these horrible times...BRILLIANT...no agenda being preached to us......rather just a normal family, one happens to be gay.......completely loved unconditionally......and not concentrating on his sexual preference..just the son and brother....
I loved this! This was such a Canadian interview/discussion. All those silences when nobody wanted to talk over the others.
But how could they not talk about Moira’s wardrobe more? It was like a separate character!
I love Jennifer Garner she has a beautiful soul. I loved the cast and how the interview was conducted I laughed and cried.
Wonderful interview! Really enjoyed hearing this talented cast answer Jennifer's interesting questions. Schitt's Creek Forever!
Absolutely the best interview with this cast! Very REAL and touching! Thank you!
I just loved David/Dan’s facial expressions! Alexis/Annie too! Eww; mmmm, k, eye rolls, etc Just killed me, love this show... thank you thank you 🙏🏼 ♥️‼️
So much zoom realness in this (talking all at once lol). Love how much Jennifer did her homework! And also Eugene for having a ring light. He's ready for the zoom interviews
I couldn’t stop crying during the last episode I haven’t enjoyed a series this much in a lonnng time !! It was awesome!!!
i just want to lay down and die from all the love Annie is getting in this. from these immensely talented folks. so GLAD Dan gave her the opportunity to do this. he really gave the world Annie Murphy. and we ain't never giving her back!!
Omg. I can’t watch this without crying.
This show is my, as David might say, Maria Carey!
Jennifer is such a great person I love her.
I remember Moira's line

In love with this show... ❤🌼❤

Love this brilliant show and these lovely actors. I watch a few episodes or fan videos or interviews every day; it’s such a comfort! It’s a treat to learn more of the back story and the work that went into the production. It’s very intimate so “Thank you.” (Yes, you can hear that in Noah’s voice 😉)
They were all so respectful VIA ZOOM ...do you know how hard that is? I love them all and Jennifer was just PERFECT for this!
Watching Jennifer really know the show she is asking questions about...I really enjoyed this Q&A
