Fortunately, I learned all those cooking techniques and Pastries, chocolate and more with out putting a foot on a culinary school. Also I have worked on michellin stars restaurants. Now I work quietly on a humble restaurant without stress and my boss doesn't know of all my skills.
Totally digging your videos!! You give complicated processes a clear perspective. Thank you for that! Best wishes! I can’t wait to eat at your restaurant one day-
Solely based on your latte choice, sushi selection, and ice cream flavors - We could either be best friends or sisters 😄 Good for you! best of luck in culinary school
I have been loving your culinary school videos! I really want to know where you ate the sushi and the delicious looking ice cream! Is it somewhere in New York City?
Heavy cream can be added cold, if the potatoes are sufficiently hot to where they no longer need to be on the heat. Gives a much milkier flavor for the same amount of cream. Also adding cream last is a good way to idiot proof your potatoes and make sure they dont get too watery or loose.
Hii, I love your videos! 🤌🏼 They make me feel so nostalgic because I'm a chef and went to a culinary school here in Finland 2008-2010. ☺️ How long do you study in nyc to become a chef? ❤
My mom uses a hand mixer like a kitchen aid type and her mashed potatoes are insanely good especially when we've switched to the European butter, I'll get full off of just those lol
You should take up canning so you can preserve big batches of potatoes and onions so you can get some speed chopping No kitchen wants someone slow at the cutting board
Sorry to be the grinch but the recipe was the same, it’s the mashing methodology. I’d suggest not to use a blender as it turns into gloop (it breaks down the cells too much). A masher is good if you have a strong arm. I go for the river every time. Oh, and don’t overbook your tatties thinking they’ll be easier to mash. You just end up with watery mashed potatoes. One thing, if you can afford to but proper truffle butter (N0T truffle oil which is dreadful stuff) add a generous lump and you will have heaven on a plate.
just stumbled upon this channel. completely underrated. keep going, this is a story I'd love to follow.

So, I REALLY want to know what you felt offered the best mash and why..... please
Likely the ricer since it gives the smoothest mash without overworking the potatoes
That looks Amazing 👏
Love your content! Love the food!
Damnnn you look great in your costume!
Basil, Rosemary, sage, dill, tarragon, chives, cilantro, thyme, mint, parsley.. 👍🏻
Aah I paused and tried to guess too. Couldn't get tarragon but got the rest 😊
You're so cool !!!! 😍😍😍
Curious as to which potato method worked best...mashing ricer or food mill ..??? Love this channel by the way 😊
Thanks for sharing your culinary adventures with us. Many blessings always (^,^)
The raspy cig voice on a girl is my weakness tbh 😅
she has a man !
Why does a “raspy” voice always have to be associated with cigs? Lol I pretty much have one 24/7 but I bartend in a loud club lol
@@NinaScottt So what? She's not attractive because of that, or can't be complimented because of that? Sheesh. We're no longer in middle school!
@@NinaScottt can she not be complimented and can ppl not make comments on someone's voice just because she's dating someone?
@@Meowzyxxx who said that 😐

Well someone liked my comment and now i’m back on this gem, is there a studio version yet?
