- Ever since I was a little girl I was always drawn to the kitchen. As I grew up and explored other interests nothing persisted as much as my love for food and cooking. After recently graduating from college with a business degree, I was tempted towards the safety of pursuing a more traditional job though my instinct pushed me to follow my passion. I am THRILLED to launching this new very exciting chapter in my life at ICE - The Institue of Culinary Education. 💫
Going off the beaten path and chasing your dreams can be very scary but it will always be worth it and very rewarding. A huge shoutout to my amazing family and friends for their constant love and support in helping me chase my dreams.

Yes i did, and still in it been in the catering and hospitality industry for nearly 10 years. I love every minute of it

Yes, i have worked in a hotel, restaurant, pubs and schools all of them are awesome fun to work in

I really want to go to culinary school. This helped me see what it was like and made me want to go even more.
This culinary school is so good it makes me want to quit mine lol. Imagine getting little to no explanations about a lot of stuff, besides classes are only once a week

It was so cool hearing about your experience in culinary school. I have a passion for cooking and I would love to be in that industry as a career. I have a question about getting into the schools though. How long did it take for you to be enrolled? What were the requirements? I want to learn all I can before hand. This video really gave me a hint on what it'll be like when I join in.

Definitely long days. Class is 4 hours long, plus an hour commute each way.
Is this a four year degree? I’m exploring my options to see which degrees are available for someone who just wants to learn more but doesn’t necessarily want to become a professional chef. I already have a profession I like but I want to become a better chef for myself. Love your videos!

What if I have zero experience and want to go to culinary school? Was it hard to get in? Are the instructors nice?
the extremely graphic part for me was not the chicken it was the killing of the lobster. I really want to go to culinary school but I guess I never can because I'd never kill anything like that :( I just CAN'T.
If I went to culinary school my day would be similar since we both have therapy I have occupational therapy for my hand

i cant figure out why you decided to go to culinary school, you have more than baseline knowledge, youve competed on the biggest stages for youth and you have direct culinary references and contacts. i dont understand why you want to attend the institute when you could be making 50-60k salary at a job, learning the same and without homework. plus you get paid!
This culinary school should be paying you for the publicity!
