- All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card with Electronic Health Declaration within 3 days prior to their arrival in Singapore.
SG Arrival Card is an online system which replaces the paper Disembarkation/Embarkation Card, also known locally as the "White Card", which is no longer in use.
This instructional video guides you through the easy steps of filling up the SG Arrival Card. The step-by-step processes are slightly different across two subgroups:
1. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders
2. Foreign Visitors (Including In-Principle Approval (IPA) Holders

Hi, thanks for this video. There's an option for group submission there. So if you're going in a group of less than 10, only one person needs to submit the form, right? Need to confirm this!
You need to update your video and also need to include the full name in the Electronic Health Declaration for Singaporeans. I could not upload the document on an airline website because it was missing the full name. This hindered me from checking in online.... very inconvenient.

Greetings.. I am from Palestine and today I received my e-visa to enter Singapore. My question is when I try to submit an SG card through the website or through the application. There is a question about nationality and place of residence, but there is no option in the field for the name of the State of Palestine, what do I do in this case, as it is not I can go to the next trip with the dog without filling in these fields.. please advise

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I will travel to SG from Germany (nonstop flight from Frankfurt) as a short term visitor.
I will arrive in SG on 25th June.
My departure will be on 24th July from SG back to Germany.
But in between 25th June and 24th July I am planning an intermediate trip to Vietnam.
So I will fly from SG to VN on July 8th and come back from VN to SG on July 16th.
Then, from 16th July to 25th June I stay in SG again until I fly back to Germany.
Now my question is, if I
a) need to fill 2 SGACs, 1st with dates from 25th June - 8th July with disembarktion to VN and a 2nd SGAC when I come back from VN with date range from 16th - 25th?
b) Or do I need to fill only 1 SGAC with date from 25th June - 24th July which is applicable for both, the first part of my stay (25th June - 8th July) and the second part of my stay (16th July - 24th July)?
So far I believe a) is the correct choice. Though, I am not 100% sure.
c) And for the specialists: if I spontaneously plan a 1 day trip to KL (start in morning, leave in evening same day), do I have to fill a 3rd SGAC and adjust one of the other 2 SGACs?
I know, question is a bit complex, but others might be interested in the answer as well. Hope someone knows the answer.

That's why SGAC has allowed you to fill in up to 3 trips I think. You may fill in up to 3 trip which you need to make entry to SG as per your trip plan. And for Malaysia short trip, you might not need to put in SGAC or just to get at the point of entry to Malaysia at check point from Singapore since this is after you landed in SG. Though I cant explain you accurately, I think going to Malaysia from Singapore is not big deal and you dont need to worry about that. Hope this help a bit to you.
@@naylin007 thanks for the reply. I thing 3 SGAC you can only fill at once, if those 3 trips are within 3 days. If the trips are further apart from each other like mine, i cannot. About malaysia, would be good if not too complicated 😁

This video is from your own website as video tutorial. BUT, the website has changed. This is outdated. In the new website it asks for Visa reference number to retrieve details... which is failing for me. No help here as this FOR THE OLD WEBSITE.... I think.

Anyone got charged almost 100 USD fee by Etravel application? I remember I was filling out the form for the arrival card and health declaration and they asked for card info but chose the normal type which takes 1-2 business days to process that cost 0 SGD

Hi, I experienced the same thing. You’re most likely in the wrong website. Make sure to check if the application site has .gov.sg at the back. We called our bank and managed to get our money back.

Hi, I have a question about SG arrival card. When it is asked Last City / Port of Embarkation Before Singapore, what should I write? My flight is from Milan to Singapore with a stopover in Dubai. Should I write Milan or Dubai? Same question for next city after Singapore. Thanks

I just figured it out, I filled in the postal code of the serviced apartments (unter "Residential") and it autofilled in the exact address of my place of stay!

Why "Date of Departure From Singapore" field is required for DP IPA holders?
Cos their situation may be fluid such that their plans may change. Just put a future date that is reasonable, e.g. you're expected to get a 1-year visa then put that date in.
i land on the 13 Feb in Singapore and then fly out 5 hours later to Bangkok -so no accommodation necessary ? i dont think i can check my luggage all the way through and do this via transit so will have to clear customs ,collect luggage and then rebook it into my next flight -i am vaccinated and will have a valid covid test. So i dont have accomodation
and dont see what to put here? also any other info on my situation would be appreciated

I also want to know this as well as a bit silly to go get a RAT then fly out same day or hours later. Need to have facility in airport for those who can't use transit because on different carriers or have Changi Airport manage a transfer desk for all airlines allowing transit. Waste of medical resources in this instance given also have had a PCR/RAT prior to boarding for flight to Singapore.
@@gregrichardson775 I rang the ICA and in short you need to be their 24hrs. You can take the risk and do same day but you need to be confident you'll get your test result back in time and its negative. If positive you will need to stay in Singapore and self isolate for 7 days maximum before you can continue your journey.
@@richardpride5345 hi richard - thanks for doing the research ... so you're definitely not able to check in using your pre departure test from your airport of origin? (even though it's within the timeframe) - all the info online is very ambiguous - so hard to know exactly what's acceptable
@@gregrichardson775 the problem isn't check in its that you need to clear customs to pick up baggage which triggers the need for RAT. Getting a booking for that also appears to be difficult if short window and a night time departure.

"You should submit your SG Arrival Card within 3 days prior to the date of your arrival in Singapore, to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance." You would avoid unnecessary last minute delays by lodging it 'more' than 3 days prior...lol

@@TravelOdrone No earlier than 3 days before departure. If you are arriving on 12 noon Saturday you must fill out the card 'after' 12 noon Wednesday.
