Thanks for the splendid video. What I would like is to see Microsoft to have a better transition from personal to business, so that way I can start with the personal version and move up to the business version.
Unfortunately there is not a clear transition. Actually the OneDrive migration (from personal to Business) could be a little tedious and manual. If you are planning to have your Business email in MS 365 in the near future, I suggest to jump to the Business at once. :(

Thanks! I understand the MS 365 for family plan gives us a total of 6 TB OneDrive storage, but what is the total TB given in business standard plan?
In general, we can say that you get 1 TB per user (per MS 365 Business STD license).

Thank you for your comment. MS 365 includes MS Teams. Now, if you want to create email accounts with your own domain name, then you will need MS 365 Business. If the email account (mailbox) is managed by only one person, then you can create a single mailbox (1 license) and create aliases or groups or shared mailboxes to manage the additional email addresses. Hola Carlos, I have a one person company bought my domain but still thinking which subscription. Do you recommend to have the the programs download?
keep in mind that you could start with Business Basic (apps online only) and if you decide that you need to download the apps, you can upgrade to Business Standard and download the apps.
office home (Microsoft Premium), also allows you to use your own domain name, however, you must get it through Godaddy. You can also share the domain name with your family. Office business you can use your domain name also without the restriction of having to get it from Godaddy. I think this is a good starter video but is you are going to do software/service reviews. I recommend you test both and give more details. Someone looking to use their own domain might buy office 365 based on your video when the home (Microsoft Premium) might save them money. Also would like to see more information, like storage size for the mailboxes, the different plans on office 365 like basic or standard. Any issues you had with either item (like setting up encryption of office 365 while is built into home (Microsoft Premium). Overall good job. i hope this feedback will have to improve your videos going forward.
Thank you Mike, I appreciate it. My only concern about MS 365 from GoDaddy is that you won't have access to all the options (MS 365 admin center) that you have if you purchase it from Microsoft. Also, GoDaddy limit the users to migrate if they decide to go with Microsoft directly. Users will need to create a backup before moving away from GoDaddy. Thanks again.
@@itwithcarlos absolutely I thought you did an amazing job and completely agree. I myself personally use Office 365 over their home version. I prefer to have my domain names associated somewhere else other than GoDaddy as they seem to be overpriced most of the time. Whatever I just wanted to leave you back as what works for us might not work for someone else. This way everyone has information and can do what they will.

Hi Ahmad. It is possible. I have seen many small business doing that. Just be aware that you may need to share the credentials with the users. MS 365 may need to re-login every 30 days to keep the apps activated. Thank you!
Are there any additional functions in excel of Office 365 when compared to the excel of Office 2021
Hi Kurian, there may not be much differences at this moment, however, Excel (Office 365) is always updated with the latest Excel version. All the Office apps keep updating with the latest versions. In order to get the newest version again (if you have Office 2021) is when Microsoft release the next major Office version, and in this case you will need to buy Office again to have it. Thanks, if users dont need the Office apps on their desktop, then MS 365 Business Basic otherwise MS 365 Business STD. You can also have mix of both licenses.

Hi, I always recommend to have a email address with your own domain name for professional communication. It created more confidence with your clients. It also give your the advantage of the benefits when working on Exchange (when you have MS 365 for Business). I am almost pretty sure that Planner is included in MS 365 Business. If you want to have the Office apps on your desktop, then the suggested license is Business STD, if not, then the Business Basic will do what you need.
In any case there are other alternatives for having your email with your domain name if you don't want to spend what the MS 365 Business costs.

But if I want to manage my personal life (like personal tasks, contacts, content planner, I also use OneDrive for some personal stuff) all those are on my outlook email. What should I do?

Hi Mick, there is no an actual process to upgrade from Family to Business. You will need to purchase the new Business licenses and do your own migration (mostly for OneDrive). Once completed, you can cancel the family plan. Thank you!

why is business plan cheaper than home personal?
Hi Sanket, I think it is not actually the case. MS 365 Business Apps is $ 8.25/month while Home Personal is $ 6,99/month (in the US). Be aware that MS 365 Business Basic does not allow you to download the Office apps. Let me know if I am not seeing the right issue here. Thanks.

Microsoft makes my life miserable with so many crap passwords and verifications, I have to travel soon and I'm afraid that when I'm in my country of origin they will block my account, nobody is going to steal anything from me, believe me, maybe the United States government only.
