This video was so helpful and honestly, most of the things you did in this video, i did this past Monday while subbing in a league. I couldn't swing the ball to the pocket so, i had to move back over to the right and throw somewhat of a straighter angle to the pocket. Also, the call out titles effects on the lanes helps. Can't wait to see the next video.
Very good video, i had the same problem the last time bowling. Started with the Black Pearl U78 D and it hooked too much. Then went to the Effect and it burned too much energy and missed the pocket. So ball down to the Artic Vibe and stuck for a while. Later when leaving corner pins finished with the Anger resulting with a 679.
I went to a bowling alley that changes patterns every 2 weeks, it was the first time that I actually played on a professional patter other than a house shot and only once a sports shot. I think someone said it was USBC Senior Masters or something 41ft pattern. I struggled to even go above 150, I changed my bowling balls and angles many times. I even used the Purple hammer and I had to play right on the gutter and I don't understand how it didn't hook as much. I shall take this video more into account when playing.
@@4rtEnjoyer This video was on house pattern. Sport conditions is tough considering that there are similar amount of oil at the sides. Will try to make another video for this :)
I am a straight and in player. I basically only aim at the 2nd arrow from the right and stand at either 3rd or middle dot. I face a lot of corner pins at times and cannot understand why unless I try to get better ball motion, but to get better ball motion, I have to go out of my comfort zone.
Nice editing. The aiming circles pre-shot are super helpful.
Agreed. Very illustrative.
@@bobdilon2059 Thank you guys!
Love these videos! Love learning more about the game and your quick tips get right to the point which makes me want to get right to the lanes!
Earned a subscriber. Amazing job of breaking that down for someone as new as me can understand that. Thank you so much for this.
@@Silent_Slacker Thank you so much!!! Share to friends who need it!
The straight lines sometimes leaving corner pins makes so much more sense now! as I am reluctant to move left.
This is great, I always struggle trying to learn how to read oil and could never figure out how to get it right.

@@johnnyappleseed2667 Seek more oil in the front! Some arrows always run out of front oil :D
Conclusion: start with the 12 board in practice before league LOL!
@@TraumaER Haha try it!
Great video again. I just have 1 comment: I don't view balls as "storing" energy, rather conserving energy.
@@peterthebowler Yes same thing
Good 2 ball arsenal for a 3 game house shot?
