Nice side hustle. I would like to add this to my convenience store. You should add a coin push machine to your business. I make about $250 per month off of one. I also bought an 18 ft utility trailer and I rent it per day for $65 dollars.
I’m actually looking at this for Nebraska lol, besides loving how satisfying the sound is, I think it’d be a fun thing in general for another side hustle i started lol

We are renting parking spaces through uhaul now. Future development might be turning that back grass field into RV storage. Currently we are using the extra overflow parking as storage (we had accommodated 165 rooms worth of parking but after converting annex into 28 plex and inside units not being used as knky need parking for 79 units
How much are your spaces going for? For example if someone wants 10 spots

I was a Uhaul dealer for 8 years. I think the most I made in a year was $40,000
It all depends on the location. I'm currently in my 8th year currently and we make anywhere from $110k-$130k a year. When we were still doing the movinghelp it was another $40-$50k a year on top of the uhaul commissions.

Befriend the city. Focus on common areas not rooms :)
