The Ancient Alien theory does not say that man did not create all these amazing structures. What it says is that particularly after a cataclysm that wipes civilization back to 0 and needing to rebuild that beings came as teachers, whether from other worlds, times, or dimensions to help. Also within that is possible colonization of this planet by other peoples much like we have colonized other places on this world and in the future will do so on other worlds.
