What makes Cecilia's revenge so cool is that it was foreshadowed earlier in the film when she found the cloaking suits and hid the 3rd one remembering the location of where she hid it thanks to her photographic memory, and after Adrian outed himself when Cecilia stated she had to go to the bathroom to "freshen up, while figuring out the details to their repaired relationship" that was pretty much the sign she was heading to where she hid the 3rd cloaking suit and then she put it on and killed Adrian the same way he murdered her sister, and placed the knife in his hand to make it look like suicide.
