I took a group of young, learning disabled adults for a holiday there years ago, and we had such a great time. We all loved the Algar falls - we found a spot where you could leap in from a height, and despite it being summer, that water was pretty cold - I think it's spring fed and very pure. These videos are priceless and I've based lots of weekend trips on them! You talk a lot about Birmingham...we're in Longbridge and love our city too!! Thanks for doing what you do :)

Yeah I went to the falls in summer andnit was freezing, apparently the water comes from the mountains above so it is fresh and cold all year round, very cool place tho.

Just back from Salou, half board for family of four for 12 nights was £2.960. So we went out for lunch every day and drinks every night. Took € 3000 cash. Came home with 470. Although we spent another £250 on card. Very expensive

How did you book this hotel so cheap? I’ve just checked the prices and it shows me £168/night per room
It was in December
The all inclusive...the very worst type of holiday on planet earth!
We find strange that Brits follow Brits when on holiday and like to all be together.
Breakfast, lunch ,evening food all served in a big hall with the same people day after day eating the cheapest of food and just plain lucky avoiding food poisoning. Open trays of food with kids hands in it all is no appealing.
All most see is inside
hotel and swimming pool, again with lots of sweat, urine and occasional feaces going on.
No Incentive to leave the hotel and explore the surrounding areas deprives local communities of tourist trade.
All these inclusives are also beach related, there's so much more to see/ do inland.
Holiday company rake in a lot incomes with Brits who just like hotel, pool , chips with everything & rubbish sea front gift shops.
Easy to spot the Brit holiday people, most lots of tattoo and burnt red..

Overpriced. Six hundred each for so. Called four star hotel in November. Hotel rio park. Not even Spain really
