Cillian Murphy & Lily Gladstone winning was the highlight of the night for me. Unbelievable performances from them both. I hope they win the Oscars. While Oppenheimer is my favourite film of the year & I’m happy it won ensemble… I completely agree about Jason Clarke, Benny Safdie & Alden Enrenrich being omitted.
I believe the possibility of Giamatti winning is over. I can only recall 2 previous times an actor won SAG and Bafta and not the Oscar. Anette Bening for American Beauty and Russell Crowe for A Beautiful Mind.
I do wish Bella won with Pedro. Their performance as Ellie, especially in episode 8, was flawless! That being said, they’re still very young, and they’ll have more opportunities to win, since “The Last of Us” still had its first season, vs “The Crown” had its last season.
Here are the lists of Oscars nominees that I hope they’d won: Best Picture: Barbie Best Director: Christopher Nolan- Oppenheimer Best Actor: Cillian Murphy- Oppenheimer Best Actress: Lily Gladstone - Killers of the Flower Moon as Mollie Burkhart Best Supporting Actor: Robert Downey Jr. - Oppenheimer as Lewis Strauss or Ryan Gosling - Barbie as Ken Best Supporting Actress: Danielle Brooks - The Color Purple as Sofia or America Ferrera - Barbie as Gloria (Please be America Ferrera for Barbie. Her monologue was fantastic). *"[Lily] Gladstone isn’t merely justified in campaigning as a lead-she is one. Despite their screen time gap, Mollie and Ernest serve as complementary, consistently present protagonists in this bilateral narrative, and deeming her supporting is tantamount to vast misinterpretation...I also feel the need to point out that Mollie is only bedridden during the film’s fourth 20% increment and that 88% of Gladstone’s performance exists outside of that."* - Matthew A. I hope Cillian wins the Oscar.
Me too, and I also hope that MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) casts him as an Iconic Villain Dr. Doom

I cheered and clapped for Cillian and Lily. Not gonna apologize.
You shouldn’t!
Best actor is not 50-50, it’s Murphy. How could you even think that?
I believe the possibility of Giamatti winning is over. I can only recall 2 previous times an actor won SAG and Bafta and not the Oscar. Anette Bening for American Beauty and Russell Crowe for A Beautiful Mind.
Russel assaulted someone at the baftas, and was a previous winner.

I own the movie. You saw it three times; and you are surprised that Oppenheimer will win.
They all get an award to take home. Kenneth is a wonderful movie.
Why no foreign language films. Anatomy of a Fall was one of the best films.
Just realized when i saw it in the upper corner...
best supporting actress winner is DJR
and best supporting actor winner is RDJ
