The greater the risk, the greater the reward.
When I was a child I feared nothing. I was very curious and loved experimenting and taking risks. But as I grew up(in my 30's now), I faced many failures and rejections. I faced many unexpected outcomes. I started to lose confidence. And simultaneously I started to experience fear and anxiety. Many years have passed and I am facing this. But now I have determined to get through this and get that confidence back. I can't become a child again. Nor can I erase my past failures. But I can learn and move forward by not turning back. There are many things that I need to work upon. And I will get them done. There is no turning backing now on. 💫
Kids are very fearless.

The identification is the burden to watch your reactions and behaviours..

I wish I had the courage to overcome my fear. I wish I could walk away from everyone in my life. Especially those that take me for granted...at times I no longer want to live because it feels so in vain. I wish I could find that one person that would truly love me for who I am... right now, the way I am.

Overleven,hangt ,in bepaalde omstandigheden ( beroepen) af van een gezonde hoeveelheid achterdocht en voorzichtigheid en voorbereiding!
Net zoals onvoorzichtigheid, naieviteit, en niet voorbereid zijn ,kan leiden tot je ondergang!
En al leef ik nu al 38 jaar een doodgewoon leven, mijn benzine tank is nog teeds vol en zitten er altijd kleding voor een week in de kofferbak!☯️

Love and fear are the 2 things that can bind and connect, fear leads to hate, shame and suffering, love leads to healing, to overcome fear and focus on love will remove all connections you have to negative energy and embrace connections with good things. You need to overcome fear to truly be free. Fear is the only weapon of evil. All evil things have the root in fear. Ilusion. Fear is not even real. It is just in our heads. Our belief can create hell or paradise. Even in darkest times our mind can be paradise or hell. Fear is like a demon, a shadow, yes it can kill you, it can destroy, it can only destroy, if it destroyed everything else it destroys itself, it would not stop it would end everything, only love is the cure, in a moment of fear hate or shame, if anger comes to you ignore the fear, the negative thoughts are not you, they are not real, think in the moment of anger about things you love, think of someone or something you love focus on this energy it will overcome every wall and remove all problems. The fight is inside. The choice between fear and love. Racism, sexism, hate, war, all of that is fear, it has many forms, greed and desire to controlle others, it is fear. Love is the cure. Learn to love the beauty in everyone and everything. I was afraid of dogs. I still kinda am afraid. But if i see dogs. I train my mind to think they are cute. And fear fades away. I hate trauma and ptsd but if negative thoughts come i train to think loving thoughts and i relax. Also be carefull but not afraid. Be balance. Be brave. But do not be an idiot. Love people but do not be an idiot. Do not trust people in a blind way. Serve all life others and yourself. Spread love for all good people. Others and yourself. And last humans been students of both good and evil, like a mother and a father love and fear, angels and demons have been teaching us, this is the most important thing to understand, we love good, we fear evil, we give both sides what they want, good wants love, evil wants you to be afraid, we have given both what they wanted, a human has known both in life, we may prefer the good things, but both parents been important in our evolution, the universe has many children, we are humans, we have to see good and evil as what it truly is, fear and love, hard work and the time to sleep, pleasure and stress, life and death, they are all part of the same universe, they all serve the same force. Peace for you and for me. Do not be afraid or ashamed of fear, but overcome it with love.

Recently I had started overthinking and it became a habit uk weird disgusting intrusive thoughts all the time regarding self doubt negativity consumes me .What could happen if it fails or what if I start overthinking again and thus the cycle happens

Not good...dull stories.
Okay never mind, this video did nothing but use words in an attempt to sound insightful. It provides absolutely nothing profound-only “lessons” that are extremely obvious to any adult regarding the necessity to face our fears in order to succeed at anything, and that fear is a natural part of life. Adding stories that didn’t even communicate THOSE very simple and obvious ideas only made me confused, as though I was missing something-thus, I became frustrated with myself.
Thus, I rewatched, only to realize the above ⬆️ I’m sad that this channel used such a click-bait title and led me not only to question my own competence, but also acted as a total waste of time. Will be unsubscribing because after this I literally won’t be able to trust whatever “advise” is given through metaphors that don’t make any sense at all….zero quotes for, philosophers were included; nothing actionable recommended that isn’t inherently known living in modern society. It’s as if a middle school aged kid wrote this, and a talented artist created the digital illustrations.
If you die no one regrets.

Now I feel bad because maybe I’m actually just stupid haha but I’ve never had this issue before (when it comes to understanding philosophical ideas, etc). I’d actually really really appreciate it-especially because I see the other comments that say how wonderful of a story it is and that it’s the best, so I feel like I must be missing something. Maybe it was bc I didn’t sleep much at all that night?! Ahhh
