When I was a child, my Mum would sew bells on my slippers so if I get lost, she would hear my footsteps. Of course, that was a big problem when I went to the library, so I avoided going there. But, once, I had a school project and my teammates wanted to do it at the library. I went there with those slippers (since I don’t have any other shoes and my Mum was using her’s), and every time I left my seat to grab a book, the staff would stare at me. One of the staff even scolded me for disturbing others. I told her I couldn’t help it but she told me to lower down my volume. HOW DO I LOWER DOWN THE VOLUME OF BELLS!?
