You are the REAL MVP. I was on the phone with Microsoft for an hour until the technician said I will have a 2nd tier technician call me in 10 minutes. He called and 30 minutes later downloaded for me some gsuite app which only shows me about a month of emails when I have over 3 years of work emails. I typed in my error on google and this video showed up. I followed the steps and in less then 5 minutes my emails are back and now syncing. It will take awhile thats for sure I have over 47gb of emails to download. All I have to say if YOU ARE THE BEST......... Thank you.

Switch to your old outlook profile then export emails to pst then import the pst to your new profile.
