Gotta determmine how it is seized. Pull the cylinder heads and see what's up. Pull the harmonic balancer and use a crank socket on a breaker bar and try to rotate. You might have to even loosen the main bearing caps to get it to rotate also. Like I said, you need to determine what exactly is locking it up. Good luck. Aloha 🤙

We ended up pulling everything and had to beat the pistons out. The rings were rusted to the cylinder wall.
