I've been lacking inspiration for a few weeks. I usually watch the videos on this channel soon after it's uploaded like with a week at best. I have regained inspiration. I have a certain clarity now. I'm going to go on an intense learning period like 6 hours or something. First I'll go on a long drive and when I'm back it's ninja nerd time, baby. Thank you so much for all the content you are putting on the channel regularly. I have also subscribed to your website. I find the notes and illustrations vital to my understanding. I'll be honest. So far I have only seen 2 notes and illustrations. I will finish it as soon as possible so that I can revisit some of the lectures or other subject material again. I love this channel, Professor Zach! Besides this channel I use osmosis. But Osmosis is not nearly as comprehensive as the videos on this channel. Those videos are around 15 minute range. Here it's around an hour and a half. The more the merrier. I know how much effort must go into do all of these high quality lectures. Please forgive me for not having given it the attention it deserves. I'm failing to meet my own standards by not lending more time time on such awesome learning experience. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns. Numero Uno, sir. And the community in general feels the same I hope. Let's keep this going.
If only there is someone explain contain Dental same method like Zach (ninja) I love this guy. Can you recommend me guys please to best contain dental medical such Ninja nerd ❤️
So, in the case of DKA, where there's already met. Acidosis, and you need to correct dehydration with N/S, does it mean it might worsen the metabolic acidosis, or preferably to use R/Lactate?
in dka we use normal saline beacuse dka has hyperkalemia component so that ringer lactate 4meg potassium will causes complications so thats we avoid ringer lactate and use normal saline
OMG this is the best way to learn IV fluids. Thank you for all. You are one of the reasons why I love medicine

in dka we use normal saline beacuse dka has hyperkalemia component so that ringer lactate 4meg potassium will causes complications so thats we avoid ringer lactate and use normal saline
in all metabolic acidosis we use ringer lactate bcoz lactate changes into bicarb which is helpful and in dka metabolic acidosis we use normal saline
