Solo Sundy play is really rewarding, it's no myth the impact it has. The right Sundy placement wins a fight. I shouldn't share this but .. if you place prox mines and tank mines with engineer they both stay after you change class. One of the only deployables to remain after changing class. Roll the Sundy up, pop out three mines, then dump tank mines out back. Don't hit the capture point until prep work is done and you have changed to heavy assault. Key detail, always restock your mines after you place them to keep nanites efficient
Not really a huge secret having two types of mines out. Anyone who experimented with engi learns you can have almost every deployable and tactical slot item deployed at once.
Of course, sometimes no one pulls spawns or only a couple despite there being hundreds of people at the base. Protecting the spawns is also as important as 1 person can wipe all the outside spawn points out by themselves.
Always been a solo sundy guy. Or rather the "Back up better placed" sundy guy xD another point about the sundies placed out in the open like at the end is that the further away from the base it is the more quickly it'll get found by "following the ants" >.
Yesterday, I was doing Surveying the Land mission as VS. I was at the 2 tower base, where the only equipment terminal is in NC spawn tower and the antenna is in the other tower. I usually die if I approach with Light assault, so I come as a stalker and change clothes under the tower XD Since the terminal was in the other tower, it would be very dangerous to take light assault there and go to the antenna tower. So I hacked the vehicle terminal and deployed a sunderer just out of the vehicle spawn platform. Took my light assault, and went to the antenna. The unexpected thing was, that sunderer stayed alive for like 10 minutes in an enemy base, parked out of the building, and people were spawning from there out of nowhere! When I arrived, there was nobody trying to capture the base. But that sunderer that was supposed to be useless to everyone else, started a base capturing operation. It didn't succeed, but I guess I stole many minutes from NC there 🤣
Just jump from valk with skirmisher LA directly to tower top, you can enlarge minimap to drop sccurately on tower pin. Even if someone sees you drop, by the time they switch to la and come to top youll be done. This way it takes 2 valks and 1.5 mins for the mission😂
@@abhishekmohapatra6617 Yeah, I started doing that. Now if all factions have a tower, I usually redeploy in Vanu Tower, and do the others in to Valkyries. If I go to the max altitude and jump approximately from there they can never react to me before I complete the mission.
You can get Ants in hard to reach places now , but you have to really know the area . Top gun Walker can be good at sniping aircraft and killing LAs coming to C4 the spawn point .
One suggestion I would make for new players, when infiltrating a base to hack the terminal and hide a sundy, press H and have your mini-map in it's larger form, across the top if will show a percentage indicating the presence of enemy faction members.
I honestly hate stealth Sunderers because most of the time they are in a bullshit obvious spot and are weak as fuck. Park one with barricade or deploy shield PLEASE.
ah the great debate, shield vs invs ^^ Personally I think a lot of pepegas drive past and dont check for invs, so I perfer that if I know the Sundy is unguarded. WAY more susceptible to tanks and C4 though.
@@ZealousVidya There's definitely a time and a place for them, But on emerald, cloaked sunderers don't last long unless they are in a really good spot. Where as a solo player, I can bring my shield sundy over to the garage, park it and easily defend it.
As many as you want, but others will no longer be owned by you, bit of you have people helping give them the sundies and theres always me and my friend who guard sundies, which noone really does much
Command chat tends to troll too, last night they had 96+ attacking a tech plant that wasn't even on the clock instead of taking bases that would win the alert.
All his advice works, it works better on TR and NC than Vanu, cause he doesn't know how to play Vanu, but yeah. i noticed this of course. you can be NSO and put down your turret and swap to the otehr turret, palce it down, swap to repair drone, spawn it.

Not enough people use Sunderers to help the push. No idea why, but I keep asking for more sundies to be deployed.
There used to be lots, but they've been nerfed to dust
@@ncg8259 yeah but sundies are still needed!
People don't place them for the same reason you're not placing them. They'd rather keep playing while someone else go do it.

I have a question. How many Sundies can you pull and deploy at the same time? Can you deploy several sundies, or only one at a time?
You can pull however many you want, but all but the latest one will de-spawn in a very short time so no point unless you give it away.
I think you can unlock the sundee to keep it alive

Sorry for my English. Are you recommendation to locked the sunderer? One orbital strike and you recommendation just helped enemies win. It's dislike.
