Fallout 4 sold 25 million copies. If anything it’s the strongest in the series selling more copies than fallout 3 and new vegas combined.
And the show only made it even more popular to even more people. If anything fallout new vegas is the failure and the weakest having sold the least copies.

I think he meant Fallout 4 failed to be a good RPG.
