      Yes it's a life where the distance to nature is minimal. Life in society paralyzes us away from nature.

      He was 69 when he died, and it was only like a few years ago, via an accident where his car drove into him somehow. He would still be alive today if that didn't happen. His natural death by disease would most likely have occurred in his late 70's or early 80's, meaning around the 2030's would be his proper death date if the accident didn't occur.

      I've never heard someone attempt to work out a lifespan using the thinking u have​. Accidents are a part of life, I'm not so sure u can calculate a potential lifespan using ur methods? @@ziongite

    When I was last there, my daughter wanted a painting of the Caznough Tree. We managed to get her one from the North Blinman pub. You ever get there, I left my card hrom the UK on the wall of the pub.

    I'm a big fan of both the Malcolm Douglas and the Bush Tucker Man shows. But I feel like Malcolm's show is a little bit grittier (in a good way)

    There are many parallels between Malcolm and Ulysse in Homer. Both adventurers of prime stature and venturing in dangerous beautiful nature terrain on sea and land.

    A very interesting life and giving so to us seeing the magnificent country of Aus and Tasmania. I wonder of what become of his wife and children and they coped with him being absent so many times. Brian M Adelaide SA.

      Tasmania is only know for the iconic Forrests and the climate as wells Mountains, Animals, nothing like the Mainland of Australia itself but still has a some of the Characteristics of the Mainland its just "Unusual".

      No. Billy is the metal pot he gets of the coals. You boil water in in. The tea is just ordinary black tea i would assume.
      Look up the term "boil the billy'. It's just an aussie term.

    Talc bloke was a tiny bit right about letters. They are derived from symbols. But freakin hell - he made up a huge lot of nonsense. That was a bit embarrassing and probably should not have been included

      Classic case of Pareidolia, for every R word that has anything to do with his hypothesis on R=Rotation he's discarding the hundreds of R words that don't have anything to do with it which are the majority of R words, sadly most people have no clue that they are shooting arrows at a tree and then drawing the bullseye around it afterwards, it would be hard for me to stay polite and still point out how his hypothesis is bullshit which I suspect is what's happening when people visit they probably just nod and say "oh hmm yes that is curious" so Talc Alf never hears anyone point out his faulty logic
