Is #Hijab (covering) of women's face & head mentioned in the #Quran?
    To watch the complete lecture
    on this topic
    please follow the link below;
    #Hijab / #Veil
    from the series of
    “What #Quran Says” by #MuhammadShaikh
    • Muhammad Shaikh Lectur...
    An Noor
    24:31
And say for the believing #women
    to lower themselves from their
    insights and preserve their
gaps / private parts and do
    not show their adornment
    (physical and #psychological)
except what is obvious from it,
and that they should strike over
    juyubihinna / their pockets with
    their coverings...... (not to unveil
the secrets of their family etc).
    And that they should not
    show their zeenat / adornment
    (feelings of love & passion)
    except for their husbands
    or their fathers or their
    husbands’ fathers or their
    sons or their husbands’ sons
    or their brothers or their
    brothers’ sons, or their
    sisters’ sons, or their women
or what their right possess or
    their subordinates / followers
other than from men who are
    skillful / professional, or except
    those children on whom women’s
    pudendum / genitals are not
    obvious and that they should
    not strike with their feet
so what is hidden from their
    zeenat / adornment (feeling
of sex) is known and turn to
    Allah all together, O’ believers
    may be you will prosper.
    Al Maida
    5:6
    O’ you who believe!
When you stand for #salah / prayer
    wash your faces,
and your hands to the elbows
    and rub your heads,
and (wash) your feet to the
    ankles......
    Al Ahzab
    33:59
    O’ #Prophet ! Say to your
    pairs / wives and your
    daughters and the women
    of the believers that they
    should make a base from
    their gowns on them. That
    is more basic that they
    are identified / recognized
    then they will not be
hurt / teased. And Allah is
    Forgiving, Merciful.
An extremely important lecture for both believing men and women, as this lecture describes according to the Quran a #Hijab / #veil (psychological) which both men and women have to adopt allowing us to communicate with God and understand His message. Additionally the dress code (the physical #Hijab) for both men and women is also described but more specifically for women and how this #Hijab (psychological and physical) is to be maintained in our family and social circles.

    I totally agree
    Women clothing wasn't an issue
Until some people only Allah knows their intentions decided to impose that
Even the different madhab like Abi Hanifah maliki and others didn't consider the awrah of free female and servants to be same. Some people derive the covering of the head from the verse didn't Allah say lil muminaat. Why then could the slave and lower classs awrah be between her navel and knee or why can she be able to pray without covering her hair.
So those that say the ruling on female is to avoid temptation aren't factual coz its the female slave and lower class who does all the job where male are.
Coz if it was to avoid temptation aren't female slaves capable to incite temptation in male
Which shows that it was simply according to social status and not an injunction from Allah.
Chants of hijab is a choice everywhere is definitely not true coz female are killed over issues like this and it's really saddening.
It's high time people are educated
Just because of male who wish control his female or parents feeling guilty about their female 'not obeying Allah's command '
    Its totally saddening

    • @phiuzu5487
      @phiuzu5487 8 месяцев назад +2

Women aren't obliged to cover their head, hijab simply means 2 cover not headscarf. Men during the prophet's time covered their heads as well. Doesn't mean men have to wear it as well. It was simply a cultural practice.
Furthermore please be careful when listening to biased scholars. There are many scholars who say women have to cover their faces or women must cover one eye when going outside. If anything it's the scholars who transgress against the faith and blind following pathetic individuals don't bother to criticize them. That's right, extremist scholars r divided on what the hijab 4 women is. They use fabricated hadiths despite arguing against themselves, justifying that it is sahih and abuse their authority to spread fitna just as they had done to justify their corruption in the name of the faith

Why did he not mention Surah Ahzab verse 53 which clearly states that the companions of Prophet PBUH would ask the wives of Prophet PBUH behind a curtain, and Allah alao tells the logic behind this that it is for the purity of their hearts.
Whats the use of using a curtain if the companions has already seen the Prophet PBUH wives ?
Did they not wear clothes properly?
    (Ma'az Allah)
Now can anybody say that our ladies doesn't need purity , it was for Prophet PBUH wives and his companions only.
Our women are more pious than Prophet PBUH wives and our men are more pious than the companions of the Prophet PBUH?
    (Ma'az Allah)
And moreover can Muhammad Sheikh sb can mention any ayat from Quran which states that Quran should be interpreted by lughat ?

My armpits are sometimes stinky but Allah doesn't tell me to clean them, the point of wudu is the purify yourself and you are cleaning the obvious parts other Allah would have mentioned armpits right?
