Never tried the land mine workouts. Bent over ⏸️ rows, pull-up bar and deadlift is about all I do for my back. I’ma give em a shot tho.
Meth is jacked, he got me ready to go back to doing that back workout he was doing, I use to do that on the regular don’t know why I stopped.
