I just got today a sena 5R but my speakers were demaged the sound comes and goes. Can you please tell me where can i buy new set of speakers because i couldnt find them in the Sena’s webpage ?! Or what other speakers can i use instead? Thank you !!!
My 5R has worked exactly one time. The firmware updater is complete garbage. I can no longer update my unit and it will not pair with my phone. This is apparently very common per the Apple Store reviews.

Hi, can these communicators pair to another type of comm device? For example 1 Sena 5R lite and the other is a Chinese (Ejeas) or another (Cardo Spirit HD) We have a group with different type of communicators. 🙂 (..and never tried to connect any of them)

I am using srl mesh and planning to buy a 5r lite for my wife. Can we share music with each other and speak at the same time while the music playing at the background?
Hi. Unfortunately, that is not possible because the 5R Lite does not support that capability. It's not possible to share music and talk to each other at the same time. You can share music between each other without communicating or you can communicate with each other while listening to your own music but you can't do both at the same time. Thanks.
Hi. The clamp for the 5R and the 5R Lite cannot be tightened as it has a unique shape that allows it to slide between the internal padding and the external shell and keep the headset firm against the helmet.

When this device lost his senyal whith another intercom, is it able to recover the signal automatically?

Yes, the 5R and the 5R Lite can be paired to the Schuberth SC2 for intercom communication.

Can the clip be tightened? I've had several ppl i know use the double sided tape and after a few years it falls off

the clip is very tight so imo it does not need any extra tightening
