is it worth it? that it has 8k video....i was thinking buying the Honor Magic 6pro but before i can decide i need to compare the 2 of them

Brother if you need faster wireless charging and more zoom then choose Honor
And choose Rog if you need everything better except these two things.
Like photo, video, audio, battery, performance, display, UI etc.

@@HengLong-vc8fq varies by device although I generally *agree* with you... Connecting a GoPro to either a Samsung S21 Ultra or Note20 Ultra they run great, smooth, no jitter, no latency lag, etc. those 2 phones though have 12GB RAM Snapdragon 888 CPU Processors and Adreno 860 GPU's which are highly regarded, class-leading. When I connect the same GoPro(s) to a Samsung Tab S6, to use it for wireless external monitor and function control, it does run _pretty good_ ..... _for the most part_ ..... but there's some glitchy screen pixelization, in sporadic fits, the onscreen image quality is fine, except for every few seconds apart a flash onscreen just for not even a full second, or half, maybe for just a 1/8 -1/10 if a second very quick flicker 10-15% of screen gets random pixelization, then just disappears, all in a brief flash... The Samsung Tab S6 is not cheap, especially when they were just released, costing several hundred USD dollars, at that time, and even now still well into hundreds...it's all around powerful device for being a tablet. But it doesn't have the power of an S21 Ultra 12 GB RAM, the Tab S6 has half that at 6GB RAM. Nor does the Tab S6 have as good a CPU or GPU graphics engine the S21 Ultra has. But, in spite of it's inferior specs the Tab S6 still runs the app, with a few minor exceptions, easily tolerated, not a dealbreaker at all.
Just as an example that Android isn't the culprit if an app doesn't work miraculously "perfect". It's usually a device system limitation cause or origin, _or the app itself_ , the app itself has a "bug" in it....which is often suspected, but in many cases it's really a connected peripheral device overheating issue at fault.
The GoPro app I mentioned for instance has a notorious bad reputation for keeping the streamed image onscreen but losing controls functionality, and there's TONS of complaints at reviews forum boards, articles, reviews videos all over the web. You can start the app and access settings thru the app and select recording resolution size, lighting exposure sensitivity, image sharpness etc...then you can access direct controls with icon-buttons like a small red colored circle icon you tap/touch to start recording, then the red circle icon transforms into a small red colored *square* icon that you tap to STOP the recording, there's also the icon that looks like quotation marks to PAUSE, etc etc... but if the recording is longer than 10-15 mins the GoPro, which is just a golf ball sized little action cam, heats up enough that it malfunctions that part of receiving commands from the app. So a user has to manually pause or stop video recording pressing physical button controls on the GoPro directly, because the app at that point appears to be "unresponsive". And it is. But it's not ANDROID's fault. And it's not the App's fault EITHER. It's the DEVICE ITSELF, the GoPro Camera itself has "overheated" and these issues are "side effects" or "by-products" of that. It took me awhile to reach this conclusion, I didn't understand it immediately, just because I'm brilliant and insightful. It took trial & error and observation and reading other people's shared experiences and their perspectives and I eventually formed my own conclusion. The Android O/S for the most part is actually pretty stable when *if you have it on a strong device* . Don't get cheap shit and expect a Lamborghini high performance for the price of a riding lawn mower. That's why I don't buy weak specs pisspoor average-to-garbage quality gear, anymore. I just don't. Not when it comes to this. We use this stuff every day, like a third arm, and a third eye, and maybe a second brain too. With good gear/devices android works fine.
