I love the concern in the Dalek Time Strategist’s voice seeing Davros in the same room as the Dalek Emperor, and I further love the arrogance, conviction and impact in the Emperor’s voice while addressing them both
You have to admit…that was one hell of a compelling speech from Davros. It’s no wonder some of the Daleks wanted to follow their father as they truly believe that he is their saviour. While the other Daleks praised Dalek Prime (The Emperor) as a Deity and anyone who opposed his will of committing heresy. Dalek Prime really should have took the Time Strategists Advice. Xx
This storyline about the Daleks being erased from the history of the universe with only 1 survivor, approaching Davros of another universe to resurrect the Daleks, leading to this confrontation between the first Dalek created and Davros would’ve been the best Doctor Who TV story on screen. Instead, Moffat literally wrote Davros into Season 9 without explanation, the Daleks are just there, and we haven’t had any consistent and narratively compelling Dalek stories ever since even the Waters of Mars with the Dalek looking down and sparing Adelaide Brooke. Sure there’s Victory and Into The Dalek where the characters of both the Doctor and the Daleks clash, and I love those two episodes, but by themselves. Because the writes don’t go anywhere with those storylines after the episodes finish. If RTD does come back, I’m desperately hoping for some exceptionally phenomenal Dalek stories.
moffat tossing the entire setting RTD set around NuWho was a huge mistake, not the least of which because he didn't have anything consistent to replace it with. Everything felt disconnected and out of sequence which is wild for a time travel show.
So they kind of had Divide because one side wanted to serve science and advancement and the other faction taking a more religious stance by claiming the emperor to be a god and claim any who stands against him as a heretics but you’ve got to hand it too Davros that was a compelling speech and the emperor should have taken the strategist’s advice the worst thing he could have done was let Davros speak because it gave him opportunity to sue in division in their ranks and rain of the emperor’s parade.
@@nateriver1884 no the first Dalek created by davros in Genesis of Of The Daleks is the Dalek who “exterminated” Davros and became known as Dalek Prime aka The Dalek Emperor. xx
@@nateriver1884 I know this. I’m talking about the first Kaled/Dalek mutant though. It was based off the design of his chair which makes more sense because he’s the father of the Daleks and their creator and naturally he’s want to put a piece of himself in them. Xx

Never invite the Dalek Emperor or Davaros to a family reunion. Both of them would only cause drama.

“You see if daleks are not united under me they’re forever divided” - Davros

Davros pulled a quick one on the Emperor
You know, ironically enough this "deluded abomination" is the first Dalek Davros made.
That Thal mutant?

@TheWhovinerd-1963 There is an audio story where davros creates the very first dalek which was actually a thal mutant instead of a kaled mutant
