    This is great. Thanks for posting. I'm not much with programming. I just swim hard in the pool (20x50 watching technique, maybe 10x100, rarely more in the pool, sometimes LATA with fins trying for 1:00/100m) and long in the open water. That's the programming. This sort of stuff is helpful. I haven't had a "program" since high school.

      just swimming up and down the pool is better than nothing but we can be MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE with a little bit of planning.

      @@jeffutsch2299 totally agree, definitely getting to the point I can start thinking about programming a bit more. I've finally got my volume up to 3k/wk the last couple of weeks. Base level swimming fitness is finally getting there.

      Absolutely and happy to help. For me it helps make my swims more fun while also training different energy systems and becoming a more potent swimmer. Keep up the great work!
