M on keyboard (materials)> standard surface> set specular to 0; select the object and click the icon with a blue arrow on the top left; arnold> normal> bitmap> choose the picture> link bitmap to base> again, select the object and assign the material manually by clicking that icon with the arrow (just to make sure); then work with the uv map i guess. this works if you render with arnold, that’s how i do it. to set your rendering to arnold go to render set up> renderer> arnold. lmk if this works!
Wow, impressive. Very realistic and good looking. Just one question: How can i place an image on this object with a matt looking "surface"?

this works if you render with arnold, that’s how i do it.
