Saying that NA isn't toxic is about as correct as someone saying a lemon isn't fucking sour. Not saying every single game and match of each game is like that, but all you have to do is do something "Seemingly" stupid and then the fuel is lit XD

It's exactly why I stopped playing WoT on PC...when my Luchs is getting outspotted by Tier 6 heavy tanks that I see every single match and I don't have Sixth Sense so I can't know which bushes are safe...not to mention the *absolute shit* economy...basically, a new player can only really afford to keep one tank at a time if they want to progress at all, and even then especially at lower tiers it's quite hard, because the tank doubles in price every time and it may only take you between 10-20 games to reach Tier 4.
To be fair to the T-34-85M driver, it's used as a rental tank for people who complete a few basic tasks,and are almost never out of Tier 3. Not Wargaming's smartest move.
He is in a clan, tho'. Unless he had friends who invited him early it's unlikely that he's a new player.

The T-34-85M is one of the best T6 tanks and widely used in CW. That is the main reason it is such a popular vehicle... Don't put the blame on the tank
I have one of those rental T34-85M . Less than 500 games. Haven't drowned myself but not exactly covered in glory either. I try to resist playing it but choosing between this and my M3 Lee is pretty easy.
With the physics being the way they are and the maps having all sorts of soap rocks, I'm not really desperate to blame people for dying by crash. Getting stuck down a hill or flipping off of touching any small obstacle is all to easy to do when you're distracted.
To win a game on the NA server, you have to hope that your team is the one that got stacked.
Almost every match is terribly one-sided.
It's not a fun server.
New MM does help, at least.

The first time I ever played on this Map I drowned there as well cause I for some reason thought the water was shallow enough to drive through. I quickly discovered that it was not just very deep, but that you also have no way of getting out of there. At least it only ever happened once during the first week this map was released.

As someone who plays on the NA server, I only come across true A holes and griefers around 0.1% of the time. It is so rare over here to see such a holes at all. Although, coming across good people who have had enough bad games that they become pissed off to the point where they act like A holes, well, still does happen, myself included.

Ey Jingles, give the asia/Australia server a crack, the amount of salt on the Hong Kong server to be mined is unbelievable. Some people are such jerks they shoot you because you bumped into them and scratched their paint. My friend got deleted because the conway drove into him and got mad he didn't move. I got blasted in the back because an alpine tiger drove into me and and I didn't move. both of us were preoccupied so we didn't notice, and what do we get? Death. You get called a noob for anything, a missed shot, doing something someone doesn't like, anything really. Stat shaming, team DMG, unnecessary noob calling, the lot. The Aus server, not that harsh, but still has the occasion jerk. So jingles, you want more salt to mine, set up a branch in Hong Kong/Aus.

I haven't played wot for years.. but NA was pretty toxic all the time same as you see in other servers. Maybe they calmed down after realizing that the possibility of NA closing down due to lack of players was a probable outcome?

Yep can confirm it is less toxic in NA. But to be honest I rage a lot from time to time which could be toxic to you, but I don't mean it most of the times.
The problem with NA is since is a aging server with mostly veteran players, is much harder to carry than in europe and russia.
personally I have found that a toxic player on the NA server is about as common as a civilized player on the EU server.

KoopaTroopa 2006 Stat shaming is true, but only by guys who generally are dead. WN8 is a big factor to NA. Yet it’s a bad stat because it can be farmed at high tiers. Many higher WN8 guys aren’t always truest very good. So take it with a grain of salt. I sit at around 980 and rising because I main higher tier vehicles nowadays. Which is why it’s near first hand knowledge.

I switched to NA from EU for that reason, less toxicity, but in general there are less players on there so the percentage is probably in ratio, it just takes longer to come across them. In fact I'd say the most toxic player I've seen on NA is myself, bringing the shit over from EU ;) :D

I'm doubtful that the NA server is as wholesome and civil as you describe it; I mean, it's the internet after all, and a free-to-play game to boot. But I'll agree that chances are it's better than the Asia server, where the game hasn't even started, and shit starts flying around from players from certain countries (you know who you are) who think the bloody world of themselves, all because they can speak and type a bit in English.
Either that, or you get asinine and moronic behaviour from jokers who act as if they've just discovered the internet.

I can confirm that the players on the NA servers are just as toxic I once had a isu-152 in a T8 match drive half a mile and then die without doing any damage and then started saying that it was me and my hellcat's fault on the other side of the map that he died
Jingles, what you fail to realise about the NA serve is that NA includes Canada, and everyone is on there best behaviour when Canada is around
You're definitely right about EU server. Just the last match before watching this, someone responded to me wishing my team good luck and fun with "Halts maul!!", which is German and roughly translates to "shut up!!!!". So I asked them (in German) if they're having their period.

I left WoT years ago due to the salty kids on the NA server. Lately they have migrated to WoWs so now its about ruined. I have made 11 kills in a battle in WoT and lost, countless battles where it was 8 kills in a battle on a loss. Yet so many people cry about win rates. Its a game, and there have been lots of battles me and friends just turbo rush in Pz1c, T2 light, or bumble round in TOG just so we can do this stupid thing called have fun. NA servers on World of Stank, and World of Whoreshit, are quite toxic still, so dont think its all roses on this side of the pond.

We generally save our vitriol for real-world issues as opposed to whining about in-game stuff but when those issues are brought up, the conversations immediately degenerate into mudwrestling matches which surely rival those on the EU server.

NA Servers and Players are less toxic in about every online game i play...
I just had a game on the NA server...did over 5k dmg in my M103, still lost horribly. My team was about as well oiled machine, as a rusted hulk of scrap.
Think i did just as much dmg as the rest of my team combined....got Top gun, High caliber, Pascucci, & wouldve gotten steel wall had i not got surrounded and wiped out by last remaining 6 tanks on enemy team. Only had 1 team member left and they got destroyed shortly afterwards, trying to run away. Forgot to save the replay. Whole game my team were screaming the whole team sucked....I quickly responded with, "speak for yourselves"
Jingles - saw the title - REFUSED to watch it on principal...... yeah yeah..... then it kicked in... civilised is not a word associated with WoT & and of course it was a former colony so retains some of its "Original training"..... LOL
'What do you have to do to get a win on the NA Server?' Good question Jingles, as someone who plays on the NA server I'll tell you...
- Assume your teammates are bots
- Assume you're always spotted after firing
- Assume you'll bounce or low roll, and the enemy will pen and high roll/crit
- Assume your own arty will shoot you
Taking all that into account maybe, just maybe, you can win 49.9% of your games on the NA Server...
This is normal. Completely normal. I play Blitz, not PC, but its the exact same. 1-sided steamrolls, lopsided MM, etc. The same a always. Just not very toxic. I must ask, though Jingles, do you accept wot blitz replays?

T34-85M reminds me of a game I played the other day on the “Overlord” map. (I play NA Xbox One) Had a T37 go flying off the cliff in front of me and he said “Good Game” as he plummeted to an awesome demise in front of me. I sent him a message just saying “Awesome” lol. We are a tad bit civil on the NA but the shit talk is epic when you get a Northern Aggressor against someone from the south lol.

The timer was at 40 secs when he finally decided which way he was gonna go to catch that Hummel.
Don't waste those 22 secs driving back and forth and you'll probably win the game......

Oh Jingles, you don't even know the half of it. Once, in my KV-4 on mines, while bottom tier, I was second on my team in damage. Only the T57 Heavy did more damage. To give you an idea of how inept and retarded the team, as a whole, was, our FV 4005 drove around the rock near the town, fired, missed, and got decimated.

Hetzers are really blind. A hetzer has 260m view range. A E2 Jumbo has 330m with the stock turret. It's VERY easy for the jumbo to spot a moving hetzer before the hetzer spots him.

I can confirm that the Lefh18B2 has premium luck. I once won a 1v1 against an SU-152 that got the jump on me... by bouncing his 152mm AP shell, detracked him with my retaliatory shot, which caused him to turn enough to make it easy for me to get out of his gun arc and Permatracked him to death.
Okay Jingles, I know you are just a tad bit salty about us NA Drivers not shitting on our teammates every game, though some do. And besides, we are quite civilized. You guys on the EU servers could take a few notes if needed lmao. Remember Jingles the salt mines don't care about who you are, they are for everyone.

There are usually no more than 18,000 of us (NA) logged on at any one time, so the pool of assholes to fish from is much smaller... Also, judging by Slow's view range he doesn't even have a 100% trained crew.

I find the NA server plenty toxic so it sucks to hear others may be worse. I have noticed that when Claus has his "Biggest Asshole" videos, many of the top contenders have eastern European sounding names.
