Just for further situations like that: Write in chat "help i flipped" right away, don't waste time on anything else and start spamming the "help"-button. And ping your nearest allies with the "Help me"-signal. The Problem is not that people don't want to help you, its that they do not notice you beeing in trouble. They have differet stuff to do while beeing in sniper mode shooting tank, they simply don't read the battle chat meanwhile. What you need to do is getting as much attention as possible in as short of a time as possible, because you only have 30s for someone to save you.
Love the improvised teamwork shown in this, a rare battle where the survivors increasingly Do have awareness and with F8 timer & this target comms, communicate intentions. It is beautiful to see.
From my expirience most players will help you if they notice you. Chances are likely those TDs didn't even notice him because their attention was by the targets spotted down in the valley. It might have happened outside of their FoV and they did not expect anything to be wrong so close to them at the start of the battle. Writing "wtf" "seriously" in chat is no indication at all that he flipped himself and needed help. By the time he wrote "help, i flipped on flat terrain" it was almost too late. Also there is a significant chance they didn't even understand him speaking english because on the EU server there are many people who don't speak english at all. So instead he should have used the quick commands as they get translated into every players language automatically: The general "Help!" command, target one or more of them and use the "Help me!" and the "Follow me!" command on them to get their attention (multiple times if needed), maybe also ping the map at your location. That will drastically increase the chances of you getting helped. So I really find it hard to be too harsh on these guys when our protagonist himself did far from all he should have done to get their attention.

I apologize in advance if I sound like a know-it-all prick, but actually, they can. Did you ever see that video of the Russian tank drifting at like a bajillion miles an hour? That tank did a full on flip when it's tracks dug into the snow. Also, you can totally flip a car like that as well, even on flat ground, which that was not. That was a negative camber turn. You take the same approach as that guy in the tank, you're gonna flip. Physics does work that way. Hell, you can flip a car on flat ground if you are turning at speed. The car wants to go forward while the tires want to go in a different way. Go too fast at too sharp an angle, the sidewall digs into the ground and basically shoulder flips the car onto it's roof. why do you think that they added banking to NASCAR tracks?

Still can not believe they put in a mechanic for your tank to turn over and have no system to recover. How much better would be say using your repair kit to self right and never die but maybe have to wait for a previous used kit to recycle (no repair kit then time out maybe) or at least allow another tank to auto right you rather than the push about and maybe recover!
