E-sport is just like other Sport, it's okay to hire import coach and import player to play to the club, just like Real Madrid back then, when they have CR7 from Portugal to play to the club, are there any Portuguese fans who claim the victory of Real Madrid is beacause of Portuguese player? No, because they play as a team, and not only CR7 who play in that club, they also have other good players who contribute to Real Madrid victory.
Same with your Basketball team, Gilas Pilipinas have some import players and many mixed blood from USA too.
And the most important thing, Onic only have 1 imports player, it means 4 other players are Indonesian, you can see Kiboy, Butss, CW, Sanzz are good players, also Coach Adi, the second coach of Onic is Indonesian who work together with Coach Yeb to win the game, even the MVP Kiboy is Indonesian
You guys can't say "Carried by Filipino" just because 1 import coach and 1 import player from Ph, it's teamwork, Onic can't win if Kairi playing solo againist BLCK or ECHO, just like Real Madrid can't win if CR7 playing solo againist other clubs, you need Good Teamwork with other good players too. Now if you put an incredibly strong player on team A, of course they'll have a better chance of beating team B. (I'm just simplifying the answer based on the question. don't even think about the team cohesiveness, whatsoever)
Kairi is already among the top 3 junglers in the world back in PH, so any team that gets him will increase their strength drastically. As a proof, he became the MVP and won the MPL ID as soon as he came in.

Kairi is one of the best jungler, no denying that. But can he alone really win the game? If so, why didn't he do it in M3 when he was still in Onic PH? And why did he join Onic ID? Unlike in M4, Onic has improved a lot as a team, which is why they were able to win Echo and advance to the grand final. And remember, a good jungler without a roamer is a goner.
