Super mam. So many ladies suffering depression. Only solution they have to come out this depression
so true . On top of that kids disrespecting the mom is the most difficult thing . My college son told me day before yesterday that I am doing nothing at home . I am a working mom , and my husband spends all the time in basement hardly see each other, kids busy with the schedules so I watch TV( I never watched TV all my life, recently picked up the habit last year ). It just upset me to the core. The family don't realize (or take it for granted) that moms are going thru menopause ..all they worry is food is not up to their taste , their laundry is not done home is not clean. I am emotionally tired and frustrated ..
We should take care of ourselves don't worry they will understand slowly but you keep yourself engaged in some activities which pleases you the family will surely understand 😊
