I can tell you what's new: you can't use the additional focus wheel on the RSC2, even though it's working on the RS2, the Ronin S and even the Ronin SC. So, in that point, you are downgrading when choosing the newer RSC2 instead of the Ronin SC.

Slightly offtopic but I can't find a single video with the RS2 and a Blackmagic camera, preferably with a cage around it. Is it possible to put a caged BM Pocket on there while the Manfrotto plate is in the middle? That would switching between rig and gimbal so much easier/faster...
Seems for the Fuji x t3 the Primes are not fully compatible with the RSC 2. At least not yet. Can not make the autofocus trigger work on the 16 1.4 and 56 1.2. The aperture and iso can also not be changed in video modus. The focus pulling does seem to work.
Balancing is always a pain in the butt with gimbals. That knob adjustment is a good improvement. But how is the noise from the gimbals? Can you shoot video with sound and get No "motor noise"?
pretty cool, but how does it do with the pocket 4k/6k? Does the base plate extend out to fit those models or we still gonna have to deal with frustrations mounting those cameras?
I don't know why they don't make it that the tripod legs fold up into the handle incorporating it maybe having them made of really thin metal or carbon fibre aswell. The attachment is so clunky

So where does this put the most recent Ronin SC? Is that one, which has now dropped in price, obsolete or had any major issues? Sure the Rsc2 is newer but does the SC still hold up in your view?
Is a small cine cam like the ZCam too large to balance on the RSC2? Such a cool form factor and would have a strong enough payload, but I have doubts about clearance
I like some of the features of the DJI RS 2, but at times i might just be flying a gh5 with a sigma 10-20. Do you think you can have too light of a set up for the bigger version, or would that still be plenty big for it? I figure there has to be some minimum payload or the motors might not get basically, weak enough to appropriately handle it?
The website lists compatible cameras down to some very light ones. As long as they’re balanced, it shouldn’t have a problem. I’ve mounted some small cameras on larger gimbals before. Worst case you can add some weights to the camera for some heft if it’s causing issues.
I read DJI is introducing the Osmo 2 Action cam....this after Go Pro 9 release. going to be a lot of those under Christmas trees this year. why don't you get them both and compare? Marty

could the gimbal do the underslung mode by just rotating the roll axis? I had problems doing that with Ronin S. I mean I don't want footage that's upside down you know hahaha

You don’t need hairline adjustments on a gimbal
With that strength and with motor calibration unless you have a very very heavy rig.
