Wanted to comment this on “Breath” since it’s my favorite, but this is your latest video. Your machinimas are honestly really great! Really unfortunate that you have decided to stop making these, but it’s true that these type of machinimas don’t get the attention they deserve. It’s sad because I know you guys put a lot of work and effort to make these videos. Anyways! Hope you’re doing well wherever you are.
Been quite some time, hope you're doing well. I hadn't really thought about it much until now but..I wanted to thank you for getting me into some of my favorite hobbies even if it was just from me watching the videos you posted and being so inspired from the storylines you have for all the different characters. This not only got me into rp, but writing in general and I'm hoping to make it into a full time job. You also got me to mess around with animation a bit, over all, you inspired me to do a lot of the things that I enjoy so much. So this was a bit of a thank you for that.. I really hope you're doing well over there wherever you are in the world, and I wish you the best.
Im never gonna make machinimas XD I just love watching them XD, machinimasts like you to Siyurka or Khallys. Or old time machinimasts like Britty Machiniis, CookieKiller and Drasier! You're so talented, don't stop what your doing
I actually downloaded 3ds max for the first time in my life, opened it and did every single thing following this woderful tutorial, it took me 7 hours, because there were weird things happening all the time and i had to start over again. I've got an awful headache but i'm really proud of myself. Thank you very much, you are wonderful and your tutorials are suitable even for people who have never seen any 3d modelling program. However i still have a problem, i did the bounding box view on the left window (where you hide the bones) but it has the contour of the dress over the skeleton that is constanlty selected instead of the bone and it takes ages to catch the bone not the dress. May be this is the problem with the dress model itself (regular priest robe on a blood elf female).
Thank you so much for posting this. I need to start working on a new recruitment video for my guild and I wanted to try and do some custom machinima other than just basic WMV captures. It's been really hard to find info on how to do this in 3DSMax :)
I understand why you're leaving machinima, the amount of work, time and commitment you put in these is simply underrated. These days you only get views with easy to digest/slapstick comedy machinimas... (sorry nixxiom)
How do you keep your character's skin wireframe from popping up when you're working with bones in the other viewport? For it happens all the time and I keep selecting the skin instead of the bones, but when I click away it disappears. HELP!
I just want to make a little kiss scene with 3ds Max but I never worked with it... And now I know why, lol xD So amazing how you did videos like that! I really love it!
got to 12 minutes ish and then it fked up.. dont know if i did something wrong ahead so i gotta change something. your chars wrist changes before you ''keep initial offset'' but my characters arm forms an S! >:( darn... any ideas? love your vids btw :D
Id like to continue the discussion here since I couldn't reply to you (Im on mobile) I never was referring to Laze, and forget about my first opinion, I rewatched Breath too many times. And okay about the child :> Eux is the belf DK from Breath, *I think* ( the mercenary belf that got betrayed ). I felt sorta sad for him, and I hope you'd make a vid bout' him. Though I have suggestions, I think you'd maybe want to write them yourself :'> thx so much for these magnificent machinimas.
+Kritanea About the confusion with the priest/warlock. The priest was the guy who killed the warlock female (the childs mother) The description was just poorly written. I dont take suggestions for videos unfortunately, as those are passion projects, with oc stories ive made for them. I dont think I will be making a follow up for him, as the only video im going to make most likely will be a part 2 of already over, which will be in around a year. After that I have no plans of continuing making machinima.
The popularity of machinima has died out a long time ago, so to me it isnt really rewarding spending my time creating them. The part 2 im only going to make, when ive learned proper animating, so I can use it on a showreel. Other then that ive moved over to other social media to post stuff.
+Chriskon Machinima I think Nixxiom might disagree with you Chris, Nixxiom does quite well in Wow Machinima. I'm sad to hear you're done with Wow machinima, your Blood Elf animations are the best I ever seen, the emotion you put into the Blood Elves puts a whole new outlook on the race. In other words great work on the work you have done. =)
+Blood Elf Solar Sure, Nixxiom is doing well, however he is not making the same type of machinima as I am, and I have no interest in creating comedy. Im glad youve enjoyed my work. Who knows what might happen in the future, I might make more depending on how well recieved my next one is, however It will be a while until I create it.
You know I am at the part where u change color on the skin, how do u know what's the pain skin to edit the Material editor I get so confused everytime u pick something

how do u make the bone only showing the bones, on mine its covered with all weird shit xD
top left corner in that viewport, you need to set it to bounding box. it is probably set to wireframe.
