I've recently discovered you and have gone back to the beginning of the video list. I love that you show items you taught us to make in these journals. I love to see how you "tucked" the made on video items in your journals. Great inspiration!
Oh very, very, nice. You Don t stop to create. Junk is the thing I prefer make in Scrap and all the enveloppes, decorations. Good evening from France. Regards
Beautiful journal. So many interesting items. The letters are so neat. The penmanship was beautiful in the “olden” days! My family does the letter to each other. It’s called a Round Robin.
Awesome journal. I love all the details. They are called RealPhoto Postcards or RPPC for short and in the antique, trading world. It was a very common practice of making these photo postcards. I have seen some amazing ones over the years.
Ohhh my gosh my house is 2 miles from the casket company here in North Carolina...It is now called MasterCraft Casket but that is so cool you put one of their old receipts in the journal!...the company is well known for making caskets and or liners for big celebrities etc...The Journal is simply beautiful and mine are usually huge too when I finish! Thanks for sharing and the recipient is a very lucky person! hugs, Gina B ♥
OMG! That is so cool! Its amazing how small a world this is! What are the odds! And that you would know the new and old name! Thanks for the history and insight! It makes the pieces of vintage ephemera come to life! Even if they are a coffin company! lol ;) ! Pam :) !!
Very inspiring! I especially like your using those circles as tabs on the pages. I'm obsessed with circles, but have very few ideas of what to do with them.
Hi Judith and welcome! Oh stay tuned, I have an idea for a video using the 1 inch circle punch as a starting place! Circle ideas are coming your way! Pam :) !!
My Father’s family used to have what they called the “Round Robin” letter where each recipient takes out their old letter and adds a new letter to the group when the Round Robin packet of letters returned to them! How I wish I had those letters today! There were six children and their parents in the group.
It’s really a lovely autumnal journal, yes I love writing letters there is something special about it, and look how we are still reading them a 100 years later.
WOW! WOW! WOW? Just wow! I am late to this party lol, but I am sure enjoying watching your new videos and trying to catch up on all the previous ones…you are amazing and so fun to watch! What great ideas and inspiration! Thank you ❤️
Love the idea of sending a letter from one family member to another to continue writing on! Amazing journal, Pam, with so many creative ideas! Wow! Love the bookmarks with the flips and tiny envelopes! TFS the inspiration and creativity!
Superduper GEM! Unbelievably beautiful journal (again!)! Love you flower watercolor print. As a former Satyananda yogateacher I can tell that the bunny is doing matsyendrasana!! Very good good for the spine! :) I was abroad for five years during the 80's and I wrote sooo many long multicolored letters. Really enjoyed it! I have a Danish friend who frequently goes to Madagascar, he's a professional bird- & nature photographer. They use the currency ariary, wasn't that exactly what your note was?!
Gosh! You are a very interesting person Ditte! The more I learn about you..just wow! ! My bunnies try their best but their form is somewhat questionable...not unlike mine ;) But it's all good in the end! Any day with yoga is a good day! I need to get my butt back into yoga class. You have just re-motivated me dear Ditte! Wow! Wonderful of you to ID the note! I learn so much from from you and all my subbies! I love that! Have a fun-filled day dear sister! :) Pam :) !!
