Well this video seems made to me, I own a KFA and my favorite watch is the 37mm blue Spirit so... I have a lot to think about haha!

I’d go for the 37mm LONGINES spirit instead of the 40mm

Great choice as well! I do agree the 37mm has the best proportions overall, however the 40mm has a larger dial and wrist presence

The Longines Sprit 37mm blue is my daily driver watch, but I also have the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto 38mm. So, I guess that I have already got them both! (Just in different sizes.)

Hamiton is, at it's core a Tool Watch(Field Watch specifically in this case)... Not supposed to be "fancy".
Longine has made a fancy Field Watch, which although beautiful, sort of defetes the purpose.
If I'm remembering correctly this Hamilton model DOESN'T have a screw down crown, the Longine DOES... But
Now pricing on the bracelet, from the official sites, SRP for the Longine is $3900 cnd vs $1050 cnd for the Hamilton.

Thanks very much for sharing the pricing in CAD. And yes, I must have missed out pointing out the fact that the Longines has a screw down crown while the Hamilton does not.

Rubbish, Hamilton is not entry level. There are various Chinese brands that can offer similar quality for a fraction of the price. I own a Dryden Heartlander that I would put up against either of them, and it costs considerably less

      Technically Hamilton is entry level...
Then we have these new Chinese brands. These Chinese brands like San martin, baltany and etc really pushes the boundaries in terms of value for money.
But usually they lack original designs... But that's a question of preference already
