Just noticed you work just around the corner from me! The bob looks super cute - don't regret it. I once chopped all of my long (below the waist hair) off into a pixie crop - wanted to do it for years and too the plunge. At first, I regretted it massively - took me weeks to come to terms with it - but then, once the cut "settled" I loved it! When you go from long to short, it always takes a little time to adjust. It suits you. 😊

We’ve just returned from Puerto Pollensa. We love the Capri for either dinner or drinks. A table on the jetty is a perfect setting. Also the ferry to Formentor is well worth a visit. Have a great holiday ❤

Hi Jess - I think your hair looks great 😊 - we went to Pollensa and Palma last year and it was great especially if your a foodie - the famous bar in Palma is called Abaco and is stunning - in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa there are so many great places to eat especially in the main square of Pollensa- we liked Restaurant Ca n’Olensa and Club Pollensa(stunning inside) - have a great time 😊

It went in the bin sadly! I wish I had been able to do something with it but it wasn’t quite long enough! It’s been a couple of weeks since I cut the bob now and I’m loving it so much especially since I’ve been on holiday ☀️

Sorry to hear you’re not loving your hair rn. Been there many times lol so I feel for ya. BUT my grandma has been a hair dresser for decades and she always says the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is two weeks 😅 the edges will soften and the shock will wear off and I hope you come to love it!

Jess, the bob looks great. One suggestion though - you shouldn't style it the same way you did your long hair. Don't part it in the middle. Don't tuck your hair behind your ears. I'd suggest more of a deep part or side part (look it up). You can also slick it all the way back - wet. Google it. There's many ways for a bob to look elegant and sexy. I'm thinking of getting one too.

Hi Jess, when in Palma you have to go Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo. It is a very famous place to have hot chocolate with ensaimada in winter, and artisanal ice creams with ensaimadas in the summer... It's a very authentic place. I think you and Matt would love it 😊

Aww, sorry you don't love the bob, Jess. Have you thought about trying a (small travel size) texturising spray or a leave-in conditioner/cream to maybe bring out some natural texture in your hair? I think it looks gorgeous, but if you don't feel confident, maybe see if you can try that to add more movement/messiness to it. I recently changed my parting and it's totally transformed my hair, I like it so much more 😂 sometimes a small change makes a big difference to how we feel about ourselves 😊❤
I have an update, I'm now loving the bob its been brilliant since I've been on holiday and I'm so glad I took the plunge with it! And I think that's down to using a texture spray, its the same one i used to use on my long hair, a sort of gel texturiser but its been great. So true it really does make a difference! The hair is beautiful but understand if it isn’t what you thought it would be. Nothing ventured and you would always be wondering. Meatballs are a favourite, top tip add a teaspoon of tomato puree and Parmesan to the meat mix. It’s a game changer x

If you’re still not loving it I would recommend getting a curl enhancer/ mousse that you could add in when it’s wet and then give it a scrunch and let it air dry and I find that gives my bob and bot more volume and frames my face better 😊 it looks lovely on you :)

Hi Jess - I think your hair looks great 😊 - we went to Pollensa and Palma last year and it was great especially if your a foodie - the famous bar in Palma is called Abaco and is stunning - in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa there are so many great places to eat especially in the main square of Pollensa- we liked Restaurant Ca n’Olensa and Club Pollensa(stunning inside) - have a great time 😊

It went in the bin sadly! I wish I had been able to do something with it but it wasn’t quite long enough! It’s been a couple of weeks since I cut the bob now and I’m loving it so much especially since I’ve been on holiday ☀️

Enjoy Fallow! There's a YT channel Food Insider where they tried their Sunday roast and it was delicious! Plus ask for the secret menu, for the roast they also do the pig's head (apparently very tasty) and other secret dishes 🤫

I’ve been watching you for a little while now but I still nerd out at being able to recognise where you are in London, though I still haven’t been into Rosslyn for coffee. I walk past a couple of them on my office days, the one by Moorgate and also one down by St Paul’s and I never go in. I really should! I’ve heard excellent reviews of Fallow, though haven’t been myself. You’ll have to let us know how it is xx

Its been a week since i got it cut and im now loving it so much especially now that im on holiday its so much easier to style so would say definitely give it a try. The egg muffins were so easy to make i just mixed two eggs with some cottage cheese, chives and grated cheddar then poured into a tin, although a muffin tin would probably have worked best! xxx

Sorry to hear you’re not loving your hair rn. Been there many times lol so I feel for ya. BUT my grandma has been a hair dresser for decades and she always says the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is two weeks 😅 the edges will soften and the shock will wear off and I hope you come to love it!

Jess, the bob looks great. One suggestion though - you shouldn't style it the same way you did your long hair. Don't part it in the middle. Don't tuck your hair behind your ears. I'd suggest more of a deep part or side part (look it up). You can also slick it all the way back - wet. Google it. There's many ways for a bob to look elegant and sexy. I'm thinking of getting one too.

Hi Jess, when in Palma you have to go Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo. It is a very famous place to have hot chocolate with ensaimada in winter, and artisanal ice creams with ensaimadas in the summer... It's a very authentic place. I think you and Matt would love it 😊

Aww, sorry you don't love the bob, Jess. Have you thought about trying a (small travel size) texturising spray or a leave-in conditioner/cream to maybe bring out some natural texture in your hair? I think it looks gorgeous, but if you don't feel confident, maybe see if you can try that to add more movement/messiness to it. I recently changed my parting and it's totally transformed my hair, I like it so much more 😂 sometimes a small change makes a big difference to how we feel about ourselves 😊❤
I have an update, I'm now loving the bob its been brilliant since I've been on holiday and I'm so glad I took the plunge with it! And I think that's down to using a texture spray, its the same one i used to use on my long hair, a sort of gel texturiser but its been great. So true it really does make a difference! Meatballs are a favourite, top tip add a teaspoon of tomato puree and Parmesan to the meat mix. It’s a game changer x

Your hair looks so cool, don’t regret it! If you’re still not loving it I would recommend getting a curl enhancer/ mousse that you could add in when it’s wet and then give it a scrunch and let it air dry and I find that gives my bob and bot more volume and frames my face better 😊 it looks lovely on you :)
