I could see why Ralph would have resentment towards the group. He had the opportunity to go solo at the height of his popularity, but sacrificed for the group. Then they all ended up breaking out and doing their own thing and becoming bigger than him individually. He had a couple of hits but he should have been bigger.
do they still have issues? Ralph was the only one who has not promoted the movie really at all. He hasnt tweeted about it, done any interviews about it, his presence is kind of gone in terms of the movie.
I feel like there is still underlying issues between Ralph and Mike.

This is the best musical bio pic to date. Straight Outta Compton was good, The New Edition Story has now set the standard. This was box office worthy and we got it for free (hence all the commercials lol). Bryshere being from Philly, already has a strong East Coast accent. So, it wasn't too much of a stretch to pull up that Boston sound. All of the cast did an excellent job. NE is so deserving. #NE4Life

Moe Palmer I think Straight Outta Compton raised the bar for movie biopics and the New Edition Story did for TV. They've both etched their places in media history with their great quality.
I really wish Ralph would share his narrative on the story. Its clear that all of them still have a lot of love for one another, but somebody really need to tell Ralph to speak his peace. Mad respect to all of them.

Back on 07, I was able to meet BBD when they came do to a concert. My BFF and I was so excited. We got to hug and kiss their cheeks, they were so nice to us. It was a dream come true and all of them were built, hard bodies, smelled so good. At the end we came on stage to dance and it was the most fun time I ever had. I love it, they are true class acts and I'm watching this biopic and it's the best ever. A true New Edition fan for life.

I just finished watching The New Edition Story on BET Demand...Holy Cow that gave me the chills and so much memories, but overall Standing Ovation on the cast and production. They put this movie together really well, this should of been in the movies, a definite Classic. God Bless them their journey was crazy.

This interview was "BEAUTIFUL"!!! The six- hr movie makes you sad, aware, happy, angry, then ecstatically happy. I LOVED THEIR ENTIRE STORY!! I watched the whole thing in one evening on 1/30/17. Thank you ALLLLL! Keep loving what you ALLLLL do guys. Much success to each and everyone of you.

I'm sad that there is still conflict, but I'm not surprised. I didn't see Ralph or Johnny during the promos for the movie, especially when they premiered the movie in Boston, it was just weird. I'm praying for them.
