I am 70 years young and still like to look funky and stylish love the studded jeans and the ine eith the hearts 💕 will make something like this at some point always love looking at your Ideas bring it on 😊
Yea the jacket shirt situation was really cool. If I could re-do it, I would have done it to a softer, thinner more oversized jacket. I think the vibe might be better
Literally stopped breathing during the reveal! Phenomenal ideas. Can't decide what I'll do but so happy I don't toss my 6'4" son's old denim... I'm already ready! Thanks for this Orly!
Orley: Thanks for Sharing...I Love Them All...My Favorite Was The Painted Black...It gave an illusion that The Pants were a Straight Leg instead of Flare...Thanks for Inspiring Me Once Again...Can't Wait for Next Sunday...Have a Great Week...😃❤️❤️❤️
This is history, but I just want to thank you for showing how to make circle skirts with a table cloth and elastic. I ordered 3 mandala very colorful round table cloths (thrift stores in my town don't have anything like a selection of tablecloths) and made the knock out skirts, which I wear with a neutral decorative blouse and a cardigan that picks up the skirt color. I would never have figured this out on my own and I did use your formula. Being 80, I'm not into some of your stuff though I sure do appreciate your creativity and enthusiasm, and that's what's important.
Just a comment to help with sewing like the first jacket. When you are trying to ease in a wider piece of fabric to a slightly narrower one put the longer (baggier) piece on the bottom. The feed dogs of the machine will ease the extra material into the seam better than trying to stretch the narrower one out from under the longer piece. Think Baggy Bottoms!
I love the Cuffed Jean Jacket, I think it pairs well with the volume of the cuffed Jeans. I think with all the cropped boxy type fashion these days you will get more wear out of it than a tailored nipped in at the waist. Doesn't really mater Orly, you look fantastic in anything you wear! 😍As always Great inspo Ideas!! 🤩
Woow! Favorite one the heart rhinestones one and the distressed jacket, the way that jacket looks is amazing. You always do so a good explanation of your diy.
Thank you for this awesome video. I'm 54, and I just started wearing ripped jeans at age 51. Now I feel free to do whatever I want 😂. Jeans can dress you up or down. There's no limitations on jeans. Thank you. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Orly I love the A& O dupe and how the distressed jean jacket came out! I actually made your idea with the jean jacket that you cut out the back and added the lace, but I used a tablecloth instead; everything courtesy of my thrift shop. Now I think I going to distress some of it. You are an inspiration to my style! TFS I cannot wait for the next video so much fun
such great ideas love that you always head to the thrift store to be more sustainable! I love them all but, my favs are the studded jeans. Quick question ~ could you feel any sharp edges from the studs especially against your waist? 🥰
I love all of these! I was watching you do the one with studs and thought you could use the Bedazzler. I had one when I was a teenager and rhinestoned and studded everything! I just checked and Amazon, Walmart, and JoAnn fabrics all carry it.
I loved all of these but my favorites were the giant cuffs and the painted jeans. My favorite denim trend right now is horse shoe or barrel jeans, which look like just baggy jeans that have been shaped. Would love, love, love a tutorial on that. All the horse shoe jeans I can find right now are super expensive!
1000th like ❤️❤️❤️ Orly is my style inspiration! I never get what I really want in stores. Then I come here and make it custom for myself. That joy and pride is just 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
I don't know how on Earth you can make everything look so good. I have a little bit more boobs and butt and still can't make anything look good. I guess confidence really does show on the outside.
For the bulky cuff, couldn't you bust put on the jeans and mark where you want the new cuff to come up to, take them off and line up and end of the new cuff to that line? Seems easier than pinning and repinning until you get the placement you like.
Love these! Especially the shirt! also the studded pants were Super cute. Tmyers handmade did a video this week where she added cargo pockets to her jeans. Have you ever done anything like that?
O. M. G. I just ordered some cargo pants that I'm pretty sure won't fit (long story.... my daughter loves them because the fabric is amazing, but they are mens straight leg pants and I'm sure to get them over my butt I'll have to get a size bigger so they're going to be huge in the legs. 🙄😩) But I could totally add a pocket to jeans that fit better!!
Loved the hearts one the cuffed one looks uneven so it is driving me crazy' loved the studded one and the jacket, I like the idea of the black one but it does look crunchy even if it isnt
I love the jeans with the heart and I love the Jean jacket shirt. What amazes me is you really know what type of shoe to wear with what type of pants. Is there a video in that? I feel confused as to what shoe looks better with flares and wide leg pants
A good way to stop the thread from getting tangled is to run it over a wax candle before you start sewing with it. I see yoiu have started sewing over pins again, tsk tsk🥰❤
I LOOOOOVE your videos!!!! I've made a the metallic boots in your other video and they turned out pretty well. I really want to make the jeans with the hearts, but can't seem to find similar jeans. I found the hearts on Etsy but can you please tell me the brand name and style of the jeans you used? I know you said you thrifted them, but I'm hoping to buy them online. Thanks so much! And please keep inspiring us!
The ideas are good, not the paint one so much. Have you ever done a video on what to look for when thrifting jeans. You really do an awesome job. I often wonder if your stores are better than mine. Can you do one, or if there is one, what is the link?
How did the finished painted pant hold up after washing? Did you seal it in any way? It wasn’t crunchy and all you used was normal paint? Or fabric paint?
One question, how do you wash the ones with rhinestones without ruining the stones or ending up with rust? So many cool ways to add your own style. Thanks!
Oooh, good question. Also, on the rhinestones, take the end of the thread to the inside of the jeans. Knot it a couple times, run the loose end under some of your stitches, knot again, just hide it inside the jeans.
Here's my question: how do you wash these jeans??? Also as far as the wide cuffed jeans, those jeans in their original state looked quite long enough to cuff, without having to sew on a whole other extension--highly unnecessary, IMO. So the pants are all cute, but wasn't crazy about the "cuffed" jeans jacket. It just looks...odd. 🤔 But I definitely need me a pair of wide-leg jeans before they go out of style again!

Of course you like that, it's a part of you ad your personality. You wear those studded jeans and funky look because you are that girl ❤
The distressed shirt and the studded ones were my faves. Followed by the hearts. Those are the ones I could see myself rocking
Yea the jacket shirt situation was really cool. If I could re-do it, I would have done it to a softer, thinner more oversized jacket. I think the vibe might be better

The Canadian tuxedo was awesome!

such great ideas love that you always head to the thrift store to be more sustainable! I love them all but, my favs are the studded jeans. Quick question ~ could you feel any sharp edges from the studs especially against your waist? 🥰
You find some of the best cargo style jeans! Jeans in general actually!!!
Those cuffed jeans are 🥰
I love all of these! I was watching you do the one with studs and thought you could use the Bedazzler. I had one when I was a teenager and rhinestoned and studded everything! I just checked and Amazon, Walmart, and JoAnn fabrics all carry it.
So many ideas!!!!! Yesssss ❤
The heart jeans are fabulous! Question though, how do you clean/wash them??
I would spot clean, hand wash or dry clean if needed down the road
On delicate cycle...

This is beside the point, but what lipcolor are you wearing here? It's gorgeous!

The neceklace is from her own line, Rocknot. @@JBUHJBUH
Wow in love
Love these ❤❤❤
I don't know how on Earth you can make everything look so good. I have a little bit more boobs and butt and still can't make anything look good. I guess confidence really does show on the outside.
Lindo e super ❤ parabéns
Wow, such great ideas! Very inspiring, thank you! I want to try the paint idea, maybe with dark green. Or a plaid design?
Ohhh dark green would be soooo good!
For the bulky cuff, couldn't you bust put on the jeans and mark where you want the new cuff to come up to, take them off and line up and end of the new cuff to that line? Seems easier than pinning and repinning until you get the placement you like.
Very pretty 😀

Loved the hearts one the cuffed one looks uneven so it is driving me crazy' loved the studded one and the jacket, I like the idea of the black one but it does look crunchy even if it isnt
WOW!
I love the jeans with the heart and I love the Jean jacket shirt. What amazes me is you really know what type of shoe to wear with what type of pants. Is there a video in that? I feel confused as to what shoe looks better with flares and wide leg pants
Oh I just try on a few things and make the decision based on what feels balanced with the whole look.
I. Need. Shoe. Advice. My shoe wardrobe sucks.
A good way to stop the thread from getting tangled is to run it over a wax candle before you start sewing with it. I see yoiu have started sewing over pins again, tsk tsk🥰❤
🎉
Can you do that rhinestone jean cutout on 0:33
Thank you

Love your channel, really cute ideas. Will you be doing something creative with the scraps? Page boy styled floppy hat or bustier?
How do you stop the back of the studs from scratching the heck out of your stomach??
Since the jeans are already distressed it would be fun to cut out a few hearts and leave the rest.
N ❤.
D’s R. Amazing
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I have done a few videos on thrifting, there's one titles Spring Thrift Box and I have some really good tips in there
How did the finished painted pant hold up after washing? Did you seal it in any way? It wasn’t crunchy and all you used was normal paint? Or fabric paint?
Super cute… just one question… how do you wash the studded and rhinestone ones? Can they be washed or do they need to be dry cleaned?
I would hand wash, spot clean or dry clean something like that
One question, how do you wash the ones with rhinestones without ruining the stones or ending up with rust? So many cool ways to add your own style. Thanks!
Personally I would spot clean, hand wash or dry clean something like this.
Oooh, good question. Also, on the rhinestones, take the end of the thread to the inside of the jeans. Knot it a couple times, run the loose end under some of your stitches, knot again, just hide it inside the jeans.
