not too long before he deleted everything, Xavier posted on instagram that someone had been trying to blackmail him for over a year. This had stopped him from working on music, and made him barely post on socials that whole time.
then, without any announcement that I saw, he deleted everything.
It's sad to see, hopefully he gets back on social media, and un privates all of his videos; if they were privated, and not deleted.
They were blackmailing him with sexually explicit stuff from when he was in college, and it looks like they got their way sadly.

I came here just to agree with everyone. I just spent the last two hours searching my entire RUclips page for these special riffs that this artist created. I love them! He’s amazing and has so much potential. I too hope he is all right and doing well, wherever he may be. I’m also hoping to see more of his stuff get uploaded.

@@Butterking99 I found him on Apple Music. I haven’t found some of the riffs that we used to listen to on RUclips, but my guess is that he pulled them off this platform because of that (Apple Music).

This guy has always been one of my biggest inspirations as a guitarist. I’ve dealt with sexual trauma too and I relate to a lot of what he went through in college, I understand why he hid from everyone and deleted everything, I’m just hoping he heals and comes back to doing the thing he loves best…playing the shit out of his guitar, it was the one thing that helped me when my mental health was extremely bad.

Man this makes me sad. Sleepy dog inspired me to make my own midwest emo/ mathrock adjacent project outside of my pop punk band. Makes me wish I downloaded his uploads because I love coming back to them from time to time.

thanks for reuploading! :D it absolutely sucks to see people trying to harm xavier in any way, but i totally understand how serious the situation is and why he purged everything online :( i'm sure a lot of people (myself included) can say that this video is what got them interested in math rock or emo music as a whole! i'm probably only in a band now because of xavier's music in all honesty

Can anybody enlighten me on who's been trying to blackmail this dude? I was blackmailed by some random via the web for participating on the BDD forum discussing about how people look like. I thought of myself as ugly and I posted my photos of my face for anybody to rate me. Sadly I also was blackmailed. But that doesn't stop me.

To anyone wondering where he went: he was being stalked and blackmailed (threatened) over a year by some creep and I think he deleted/privated his online presence to hide from that sicko.
I hate that that happened to him or anyone, incredibly sad. I hope he can resurface safely along with his videos but in any case I wish him peace/safety.
