I live in America. Those 2L Cokes are for parties and gatherings to share with friends :) We don’t drink out of them. I don’t drink Coke at all. But when you open the bottle the fizz goes away before you can drink it all anyway. I’ve never seen a 10L, I think that’s just a joke

Some families do regularly drink 2L bottles of soda. One of my neighbors' garbage cans can get full with empty 2L bottles. It depends on the household.

im from europe and we have the 2l bottles too. If you have a big family or a family that drinks a lot of coke those 2L will be gone in no time😂 its only like, 8 big glasses..
I've seen 3L but they aren't common, I would have said 2L was the most common, they're practically ubiquitous. I can drink 2L of Coke in a day, maybe even in 8 hours, which is the only way to keep the last part from going flat.

America is very romanticized I feel like to outside countries. As a born US citizen it makes me realize that both people from the US and other places both think the same way of a place that's foreign. Koreans think a little highly of the US & Americans who like Korea and want to live there "k-drama/kpop" dream life is just a facade. No hate towards anyone just an observation and a realization. 😊
Imagine a KPop drama where nothing happens because you’re too burnt out staying to 10 at an office, or a high school setting except you have to study 12 hrs a day
I have noticed that too that Koreans DEFINITELY romanticize the USA and you can even see that in K-dramas! Koreans interacting with Americans or in general when they get in touch with the US they feel so good and it‘s kinda a flex for them as well! Also living in the US, or studying there is a huge flex for them as well it almost became a fetish but they definitely love the US and think American culture is so cool and amazing and everyone lives freely and relax and chill but it really is nothing like that most of the time. It‘s just what they see based on movies and think all America is like thaz

they romanticized us because of movie/tv and music and we do the same with korea but i'm sure koreans know most of korea isn't 'just like the dramas' just like we can say the same about here
don't get me wrong, we are pretty free in our choices but not every location is going to be as accepting or not judge
even the people in the reality shows like 'too hot to handle' etc. most people are not that crazy sexual they just cast people who are sexual and are crazy so it makes the show entertaining
we do have differences but we have similarities and every person/family can be different in how they act
also as a side note, i'm not pro-gun here in the usa but i feel like koreans and other countries think it's literally like the wild wild west and people will just go around shooting if they are mad when that's usually not the case
yes, we have gun violence but most people don't every even experience a shooting or at least i know i haven't
it can happen but to the average person you don't need to be looking over your shoulder 24/7 thinking someone will just shoot you for no reason
and maybe this is due to the fact i don't live in a large city
the shooting are bad but i've seen too many people react to americans being mad and they think the person is going to shoot the other person just because they are mad and that's... a bit too much
another side note is though a lot of the portions do contribute to more people here having more weight i do think in general, asians are more petite all around (height, weight etc.)
even here most asians i've met are similar size to what they are in korea and other countries
since we have a lot of nationalities here we have a lot of different body types too that might come with nationality
not to mention we have high percentage of people who are fitness obsessed and have muscles upon muscles too over here, a lot of people like to point out the more overweight aspect of some people over here and forget we also have a lot fitness fanatics as well
i honestly think it's nice we have so many differences in people (though being overweight isn't healthy and i wish people were healthy there is also people who are thin and aren't healthy either and i say this from experience of how unhealthy i was when i was at my thinnest)

The fact about university really surprised me, I looked it up and ~9,156,000 won in USD is ~7,000. This is actually mind blowing to me, for those who still might be confused, Korea's most expensive costs for about 4-5 years of university is almost the same amount of the cheapest university in the US (that's actually crazy). And you can't own guns out or pay so much for healthcare, honestly I already wanted to try visiting Korea for the food but I'm kinda even more convinced to just move out there 😂
Which is why community colleges and online degrees are the way to go here in the States! That's what I did!
Imagine how mindblown you would be to learn that most European countries have free universities or even pay the students who attend. Yeah I can't imagine starting life being like 300 000 dollars in the hole, that's genuinely just incomprehensible to me.
@@LordKeram people get degrees in useless stuff, I got a master's in Communication and I ended up being a general contractor making 10 times as much as if I worked in a field that used my education.
@@livefancams Agree and that's the issue with this system. Imo the best system is something like what you get in korea. You have to pay for school, but the schooling fee is actually payable.

As a German I used to actually want to move abroad until I found out about stuff like what was mentioned in this Video. I never appreciated free healthcare and education as much as i just did… Also proud to say we are at the top of the list in Recycling Trash

As an American I thought everything said here was right on the money except two things.
1. In general I agree with Heejae that moving somewhere else likely won't have some huge transformational effect on who you are as a person and how you live your life. You can be a open minded, opinionated, free thinking Korean in Korea just like you can be a conservative minded, demure, closed minded and self conscious American in America. However, I don't think Seungwoo was thinking that deeply when he made his comment. He said he thinks individuals can express their thoughts and styles more in America. In general that is true, but here is the really important bit: AMERICA HAS A VERY WIDE RANGE OF SOCIETAL AND CULTURAL NORMS! What life is like in New York City or LA isn't what life is like in farm country in Idaho, or Montana. What life is like in a city in Texas isn't what life is like in Seattle or San Francisco. There are commonalities but America isn't a monoculture. And it's more than just city vs farm, if you move to Korea Town in California it is entirely possible you will still experience Korean culture in the ways you wished to be gone living in America. Since we are such a melting pot of cultures, that plays a part in how freely you can express yourself.
2. Korea might be fantastic at recycling but my understanding is they are AWFUL at single use plastics waste. Korea not using tap water and instead always using bottled water. At least in the cities like Seoul the trend of using food delivery services is also awful with all the single use plastics that are disposed of.
From an article online about South Korea in 2021: "The Ministry of Environment found that of 3.23 million tons of plastic disposed in 2018, around 1.45 million tons, or 44.9 percent, was recycled. The rest were incinerated or buried. Of the plastic waste recycled, only 466,000 tons were actually reborn as plastic goods." Obviously this is a global problem, one America is struggling with very much so right now. But it's hard to praise Korea's recycling when this exists: "South Korea is the third largest plastic-polluted country in the world, according to a Wednesday report from the National Academy of Science". If Korea can ban or heavily tax single use plastics, convince it's populus to use tap water and not bottled water and can start using recyclable materials for their delivery food (like bamboo and things like this company makes: www.biopak.com.au/products/takeaway-containers) and Korea will be back on top, one of the best recyclers in the world.

I'm glad you pointed these things out. Americans are so diverse, including fashion, entertainment, and religion. I often hear "it's American style" which usually means morally different. I guess another assumption could be that we are all sexual deviants, if you're watching popular music videos or t.v. shows, etc. However, in a single class, or work place, or group of whatever kind I think these things vary person to person. Just because you see behaviors on t.v., movies, or mv's doesn't mean everyone you meet will behave, dress, or speak the same. (I mean, these are just some other differences besides what you were speaking to regarding the ginormous Cokes, or recycling that you were referring to).
I admire Heejae more and more each day
Heejae is truly one of the most well read and well informed people I've seen. She's so good with words, always articulate and very well informed with what's happening in the world. To know facts is one thing, i.e the US allows guns and they can be dangerous, VS forming an opinion about it and knowing it has consequences, i.e. the US also has a ton of school shootouts so it's a double edged sword. Moreover, her opinions on how only rich people can afford education is spot on and so well thought out. She's one of those few people that see the privelege in society and say it how it is. She's lovely and I truly love her personality!

Yeah. IDK her much since I don't watch these videos much but she gained my respect for that. She's SPOT ON about education. And it's not just an American problem either, it's a global problem. Only the privileged and the rich get the opportunities for a good education. Privatisation of education and capitalism is to be blamed for this. Horrible. Education should be free PERIODT, whether school or college/uni higher studies. Knowledge shouldn't be paywalled. The govt should be keen on cultivating education amongst the youth not discourage them. So many people do NOT pursue further education due to money problems. Not everyone's smart enough to excel in studies to gain scholarships either.
I really loved Heejae's take on education. She's really an intellectual girl. 🥺
I live in California, in the US and I think the culture or mindset we have here that Heejae was talking about is more nonchalant, like we don’t necessarily always feel pressured to conform to certain standards- like not caring what other people think. She mentioned going braless, not caring if you show affection to your significant other in public, etc- which is definitely something that happens and people just generally don’t care if you look different fashion wise or makeup, hair, style, who or how you express your love, etc. It’s more accepting of those things but also very superficial at the same time. This is very obvious in LA for example, or big cities like that.
Also the party culture/lifestyle is very niche here, it really only happens in college and there are so many people who don’t even care about prom, partying, etc. It’s expensive, overhyped and overrated most of the time. Life is not a party for the average American, and schools are over priced, medical insurance is overpriced and so many people end up in serious debt from medical bills and college loans. Tuition for schools like Harvard and Stanford is absurd and you generally are just paying for having the “prestige” of the name of the school for your diploma, the curriculum is the same. It’s like buying from a luxury label just to show off, and many people who have these fancy degrees work normal 8-5 jobs at the store or wherever and the degree doesn’t necessarily even matter.
It’s a very disposable society and many people don’t stop to think of their environmental impact, which is a huge issue, and I hope that one day we are at a more sustainable way of living that is also enforced like Korea. I also think that the 10L bottle of coke is a joke or photoshop, I have never seen that here at all. We do have larger sizes of food and drinks, etc but these are for large groups or parties. And like anywhere in the world, people’s diets are varied from person to person, so we come in all shapes and sizes, and so many don’t even eat junk food or drink soda!
Also, gun violence is an issue here, true, but Byung Eun, please don’t feel afraid to visit. The statistics are so low, and most people are just out there living their normal everyday lives and never even touch a gun in their lifetime. It’s a very interesting mindset and culture that is a blend of so many peoples, which makes us a super diverse and interesting place. Please come visit once it’s safe to, and don’t feel afraid. 99.9% of us are just like you, and there’s always going to be the couple of crazies, but overall America is a pretty safe and good place.
I have been lucky enough to travel around the US and to several other countries and territories, and I may be biased but this is by far the safest and best place that I have been to. My mom even moved here from Canada- she says the people here are so much kinder and more accepting and nice overall compared to Canada. I think all countries have their own problems and issues they face, but the people are good overall here. I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else in the world.

I’m so happy you mentioned about the gun violence issue and did it very well. I think they don’t realize also just how big of a territory the US really is. Sure that much “gun violence” happening in such a small country as S Korea would be a HUGE problem but their size is the equivalent of ONE of our STATES in our territory. We have 50 states and 2 jurisdictions. Spread out as our territory is we are relatively a safe country in most areas. Like everyone else some areas are more violent prone then others. Also the right to “bare arms” does not apply to every State either. And like you said most people do not go around carrying guns all the time. Just depends one where your from and who you are. The biggest thing is we have the RIGHT to protect ourselves if we ever need too.
The US has scholarships too, and for very specific things, and then there's also people who take out loans or get federal aid. I'd love to see their reaction to the application for that and people talking about it
Scholarships are pretty easy to Come by in the US, and they’re very substantial too. If one evens out the risks and rewards, discretionary income, interest rates, then you’ll find that most developed countries share pretty similar levels of wealth on a statistical average.
Of course, it’s also about security and stability, which the US doesn’t do, being a high risk high reward society.
@@ac1455 The fact that you have to pay to receive your diploma/walk at graduation and pay to apply to schools even if you dont get in was very shocking to me.
There is a thing that companies are doing now, like walmart, target, and disney, where they will pay for your degree for as long as you are working for them. Walmart has paid for my degree, books and everything else. I haven't had to pay a cent. So there are options out there for people to go to school for free.

Some people do own guns in the US, but most who do just keep them at home for "protection' or maybe practice shooting at a gun range once in a while. Very few people actually carry guns with them. My father owns guns, but the only time I have seen them is in his closet. Tuition is expensive, but still over 1/3 Americans graduate from a college or trade school. Medical costs are absolutely high. However, Many jobs offer insurance for their employees. I am relatively healthy, but see my doctor a few times a year. I only pay a couple hundred dollars a year for my medical costs. And Many more parties! Before COVID I hosted a couple holiday parties at my home every year. Can't wait to start again!

I know so many people with guns in their cars for "protection" but Alabama is a deep red very pro-gun state so people don't think they only should keep them at home.
Yes, but it is when you stop being healthy it gets unbelievably expensive. Fighting Cancer or any long term illness will put most people in the Red very quickly.
The thing about soda was really dumb. No one drinks from those 2 liter bottle. Usually it's for big groups of people. For example, having it for a whole family, party or hang out. Or, you can just drink it over time. I don't personally don't drink soda anymore though.

Brazil is not perfect about education, but I am really glad that we have such good public universities, no fees, and I can be part of it.

@@avikarathore850 When you turn 18 and is done with highschool you can either choose to be a russ or just start studying right away, when you are a russ you celebrate that your done with higschool but it's not like permanent i think you can choose how long you can be russ to. Russer celebrates by partying and they have their own mini busses that is called russebuss that's like their own place to hang around. And on Norways constitutionday that is the 17th of may in some places in norway for example, the russ might visit your school and give out russekort and russekort is actually cards with pictures of themselves but they don't just give it to you, the main reason they come to visit is to go and "dynke" the pupils so what i mean with dynke is that they throw water, shavingfoam ketchup etc. at you. And how does the pupils know that the russ is on the way is quite easy cuz some russ they make their own russesongs thay they have made themselves, and in Norway russesongs are really ell known and many teenagers like listening to russesongs. So the pupils just waits until they can hear the loud russesongs and needs to look for red busses and that's when you know that they are on theire way to your school. So being russ is a once in a life time thing, and many 18 year olds doesn't want to miss out on that, but for example me, i live in Norway and i don't want to be russ so being russ is optional :)

Also from Australia, we have a free healthcare system here unless you choose to pay for private, it's around $600 AUD a year for dorm fees at universities and the year school fees excluding books etc is around $10,000 a year depending on what you study. Though saying that you aren't required to pay off those University fees until you are working full time and earning over a certain amount of money a year. There are some courses that you can take for free or that the government will help fund too.
Oh that sounds so much nicer then my university experience! I know my university wouldn't give you your diploma if you hadn't paid your account balance off! If you received student loans you had to start paying them back 6 months after graduation know matter your job/financial situation!

As an economy you would think all places would do it like this more as it benefits the county itself in the end when they have more employment rates

Indians also have this 3L coke and the medical insurance is pretty cheap as we have a big population , the recycling of trash varies from State to state . Public universities in India start from 191746 Korean won a year and can go to highest .
Well not everywhere, it can go even lower than that. And if we have scholarships then it's pretty much free of cost.
As an american who was born and raised here in america, i tell you america is far from free. That’s what those in the media want you to believe. Yes, we are free in a sense to be able to express ourselves freely, but to an extent.

Hey, i'm curious aboit 1 thing, in movies or series i've noticed that, ppl usually have very awkward relations ( acc to me ) for ex in riverdale, couples parents r also couples and couples r actually cousins😅.. Or bestfriends becoming couples but then they broke up and within 2, 3 days they found their love of their life who is basically their ex bestfriend🤔..
So how much of these things really happens..

@@nutandhanai6338 it depends on where you live. some families still do that but a lot of people don’t because that will of course cause inbreeding and if they have children the children will have worse health because of it. even more so if it’s been happening generation after generation

There's a reason why we have memes that say "my uncle daddy" or when people say "only in Alabama" they marry their cousins, or they have step siblings who date each other. This is why most "liberal" states don't understand conservative states.
We have ACTUAL public schools in Argentina. The most known is the UBA (University of Buenos Aires) the best public college, you only pay for the studying materials and the bus/subway/train you take. Also obviously public healtcare. Two of my favourite things about my country for real

In Germany too. You only have to pay for books. Bus/subway/train is mostly paid for by the schools. Almost every school is like that except private schools.

In Germany recycling is very strict too. Brown glas, white glas, green glas, tin foil, cans, thick plastic containers, thin plastic, batteries, cables, paper, food and garden waste. Everything has to be seperated.

regarding the cost of university - it is insanely expensive, but it's really a problem for the middle class. Why? The poor qualify for state or federal grants for nearly the whole amount of tuition. The rich are rich so they can afford tuition. The middle class makes too much money to qualify for grants, but not enough money to be able to afford tuition.
Seriously though. The middle class is the newest of the basic three. There weren't good plans for us.

Sorry I am commenting for the third time lol. My husband got a doctorate in America from a major university but never had to pay anything because he got scholarship that paid for eight years of university and all of his living expenses to but that is a rare case. His eligibility was based on high school grades and not wealth

In America there are still cases where trespassers have sued the homeowner if they've been bitten by their dog, received an injury, or been assaulted. Also, though they have the rights to hold firearms and protect themselves it is still thoroughly investigated to see if the injury or death by the homeowner/Tennant is justifiable or necessary. If the courts don't believe that their actions are justifiable you can and still will be charged for manslaughter, assault etc (depending on the circumstances of course).

I live in the US. There are local collages that are less expensive for residents than ones that are out of the state you live in. Also there are grants of money and loans that can be applied for if you don't have the money to attend.
Yes but there are some degrees of education that people might want but can't get in the same way if it's from a local collage. Then you have rich bitches.
also the cost for college can change depending on what school you choose to attend. For example Jackson Community College vs Michigan State University.

Sometimes i feel like the United Kingdom is just like a forgotten country when it comes to these types of videos. I've also noticed from my experience that koreans assume almost all westerners to be American or if you're a pretty white female they'll assume you're Russian (my friends have experienced that one lmao). When i tell people that i am British they get shocked and say "but you don't look British". Like... 😃 Guys i didn't say i was white/European, i said i was British. 😭
But thats the same in the Netherlands because we have mixed cultures , like UK
In Italy health care services are free ( unless you go to private a clinic...obviously). Regarding education, university fees are usually a bit high but we have a lot of possibilities to pay less like scholarships and reduction fees (depending on your incomes).

My graduation cost me less than 300 dollars for the whole 3years and again i got scholarship for around 170 dollars 🤣 i can say i did my graduation for free.
And now I'm currently pursuing my M.A and its gonna cost me less than 400dollars and the scholarship's worth 260dollars 🤣🤣
And here almost everyone got scholarships, 90 out of 100 students got scholarship. So scholarship is not a big deal here.
Of course the colleges and universities i attend are all government aided. So its less costly compared to private colleges.
And the most important thing here is that govt colleges have better professors and more facilities then private colleges. 😂😂

Hiiii!!! I love watching you three together so much, Y'all are very fun together. I would love to hang out with y'all as you can tell from how y'all act in the videos that y'all all have very fun personalities. I live in America, more specifically in Louisiana and College tuition is very expensive here even though we are second only to Mississippi in poorness. Although I have a full scholarship for college, there's still many, many more things that you'll end up having to pay for like dorm rooms, which shouldn't be as expensive as they are, because some people don't have anywhere else to stay so they have to stay in the dorms. If it's too much money they'll end up having to work a lot and that in turn will end up taking their focus away from their studies and their grades will end up dropping so they might just end up dropping out of college. It's a lot to handle and the scholarships do make it just a tad bit easier. On a different note, we do have ridiculously giant-sized foods and drinks mainly for large get togethers for families or parties.

On the education cost part, when they said it's expensive because they have good professors, I chuckled. For these elite schools, it more about networking there and the prestige, rather than the actual education itself.

SeungWoo also. I appreciate that he understands about America and about being someone who is placed at a disability against the rich. The way Byungeun speaks about these issues makes me think he comes from a richer family and though that's not a bad thing, it makes him seem less aware of the world. In some ways I hope he is never fully aware of the hardships of others, because if you can stay ignorant and happy then please do. 3L I'd not commonly stocked in stores. Usually a 3L will be an "off brand" in a discount store. They used to stock 3L bottles of store brand, but not anymore (Boston).
The 2L & 1L are the common large size. Then the personal size are smaller, maybe 20, 16, 12oz. I don't buy/drink soda often.

I live in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico and I just wanted to mention that many people from the United States usually come to Mexico to study due to the high costs of their universities. I'm not sure, but I think that the best universities in the country cost at most 10,000 dollars per semester, but Mexico also has many renowned public universities.
For example, my university (UABCS) is well known for its degree in marine biology (people from all over the world come here to study), and per semester they usually charge less than 200 dollars (although I understand that foreigners have to pay double, even so, it's still cheap)
Not to mention that life in Mexico is much cheaper, for example; beef usually costs less than 10 dollars per kilo, when it is mango season it can cost less than 1 dollar per kilo as well as many other fruits and vegetables such as oranges, lemons, watermelons, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, etc.
In the same way, the medical service in Mexico is not so bad and it is cheaper, people from the United States and Canada as well as from European countries come to be treated here because of that.
It actually does depend where you live where I live it’s very diverse which is nice a lot girls can go braless nobody truly cares a lot people have their own unique style and opinions. I used live in an all white neighborhood and it sucked i felt like I couldn’t do anything without getting judged but now that I live with in a diverse neighborhood everything is chill

In Germany you have to pay around 320 euros per semester to study at a university. The price also includes a ticket for free public transportation.
In Finland, you get "paid" to study at a university. University is free, you get student benefits (although most of it is a low-interest loan you pay back slowly after you graduate). Free public transportation would be so amazing! Here students get a 50-40% discount on the monthly ticket.

In the US, yes universities are expensive. However, we do have community colleges and trade schools. So can still get a higher education and learn skills for employment.

In Kalamazoo, Michigan we verve the Kalamazoo Promise. This is where if you go to a Kalamazoo Public School and live in Kalamazoo for all of the 12 grades you get to go to any college in Michigan for free. It is also prorated if you don't go all 12 years. We had a lot of people move here because of that.
recycling is actually the duty of a state county as they do the processing. they usually take Plastic, Cardboard, Glass, Metal, and some electronics depending. Food recycling is for the compost pile as food scraps usually go there for a garden or a yard. some stuff we just can't recycle at all like clothes as polyester is plastic but can't be used again.

If you are out-of-state resident, the costs will be doubled per year.
(CUNY) Full time & part time classes are different.
If you're a part time student, you most likely will pay per class or per credit/units (depends) not for the whole semester/year cost (that's for full time students)
It's kind of a hassle too when applying every semester + choosing classes, prof and day & time of the class & you have to be fast to enroll because classes' time & day per subject cannot overlap 😅 if the psychology class you pick for that time and day is gone, you need to pick a different one that may conflict with your other classes sched
If you are way late to enroll, your classes might be all night or weekends or 1 or 2 class in morning/afternoon or night in different days of the week, in short, you will have a very scattered schedule.
Oh some classes also have fully online or hybrid (half online, half in person/physical in the classroom)

I am from New Zealand. Here education is free for 5-17 year Olds and subsidized for 3-4 year Olds. For university it depends on what you study to how expensive it is. Most course are between $7000 -$8000NZD. Teaching is $6000 and aviation is $52000.
Health care is free for children under the age of 18 years old, and pregnant women (if the care relates to the pregnancy).
Guns, we have them but you need a license to legally own a gun.
About the recycling, my apartment doesn't even offer recycling. I often save what I can recycle and bring it to my mother's house. Not only is it made difficult to recycle many places but it's very limited where it is available.
Every country has its pros and cons but as an Italian whenever I listen to people talking about health and education costs in other countries I realize how privileged I am

The 2L coke is mostly for parties or big families. We bought them from time to time as a family (Not coke flavor) but there were 6 of us and we always had guests every day/ every other day. University is also cheaper by the State. My tuition was only about 4,000 (no dorm) to 7,000(dorm, meal plan, books) per semester. So about a little over 8,000 a year for regular tuition. Tuition is similar in smaller states in the south. We also get a lot of scholarships if your grades are good enough or if you're a part of some type of team

In UAE or let’s say dubai, we have free healthcare at public hospitals and clinics. And if you work for the government, military or the police you get health insurance for the whole family. when it comes to education it’s also free at public schools. That large bottle of Coke, never met anyone that drank that themselves. I buy that size if I’m having a party and pour into glasses. After putting 2 boys through college, there a many scholarships that students can apply for as well as financial aid. Both of my boys received scholarships and they received financial aid as the college took our income as consideration. This brought the cost down a lot. Both colleges said there is so much financial aid that they give out themselves but nobody applies for it. Going to a trade school and learning a trade(plumbing, electrician and such) needs to be promoted as well,as they are high paying jobs.

Also I don’t carry a gun and none of my friends carry guns. We do have a problem with shootings in schools but most citizens are not carrying guns in their pockets. You’re not allowed to have them in some buildings and you have to have a license to carry.

They should do a video reacting to different kinds of parties and events around the world. It feels like most cultures have some kind of coming of age party. Where I live in Colorado there's a Gala I often go to which is kind of like prom considering its a black tie event but it's also a fundraiser.
An important note about the schools they used as an example is are that they are Ivy League schools and while they're expensive most people get some kind of scholarship. Tuition fees vary depending on the school, not all of them are that expensive and we even have community colleges where you don't always live on campus.
Style wise it really depends on where you live. Everyone is allowed to have their own style and it mostly depends on where you live. schools and work do have dress codes so you're not allowed to wear just anything there, otherwise it's all up to you.
Even though we have the right to own guns not everyone owns one, some people like to learn how to use one so if they're ever in a situation where they need one they know how to use it safely. While all the shootings are terrible they're not something that you hear about all the time and most people don't carry a gun around with them, unless it's being used for something (hunting, shooting rage, or self defense) a lot of people keep them locked up somewhere like a gun safe.
I hope you all get to come visit us once it's safe again. I think it would be fun to see you come see what life is like over here all around the country after doing so many views of learning about our lives over here.

About UK please. I'm planning to do my medicine post grad there and I actually dropped USA because it is difficult to get into and ofcourse few of the points mentioned above, I was shocked literally! An expensive healthcare system, nope not for me.
