Drake Carter good one👍👍👍
Look like your ass will give out.
He Litterally had more blocks then he had points it's true
2086 careee blocks, 1599 points!!!! Jesus
@@bunchycarter9091 He is 7'7 I dont think its an achievement to get those numbers. What's amazing is he had a pretty decent career with his build.
@@Ay-sd1sj My bro.... I'm still impressed 😭😭😭😭
Guysss ! Please don't use the name of the LORD in vain. 😥 God Bless you all.
Jocelyn Siarza jeez come down
Manute was no superstar or freak athlete but I loved seeing him play. Big heart! Love ya Manute!
He died though :(
+KPPcringe when?? and why??
+LegendFutbol Being that tall affects her health greatly in a negative way. Really tall people usually don't live that long due to problems.
+LegendFutbol 2010.. kidney failure
He kind of is a freak...
the Last one... wow
manute blocked 4 shots, legend
that was sick.
The man was looking to block the entire Magic team...coaching staff included!
Damn
@@tysonmoody936 damn
I didnt know that
Who’s here after his son Bol Bol gets drafted?
Jacob Lalmuanpuia u

He shoulda been way higher

He also created the phrase 'My bad' because his English was poor when he came to the US
Really? didn't know that
+12 Pounds that's awesome
Wow I owe him so much it's my expression on court xD
k stop! Enough tall people who make me feel sour for being short.
Meow Man
lol how tall are you?
damn....imagine you wake up all of a sudden and you see him standing over you staring down at you😐
I'd die..scream, try to throw something at him
That's my worst nightmare
i'd be confused and scared because he has been dead for over 5 years
I'd be so happy.
Deathmachine He wouldn't fit in my room
its incredible to think that manute bol is the same species as us. Someone with such a unique stature and ability is once in a lifetime. It’s easy to appreciate his game, but its difficult to imagine living with such a stature. It must have been incredible difficult for him to operate in the word at such a size as well as maintain such a large and demanding body for so long. His story is both inspiring and tragic, for having a body like that grants you unique and dominant abilities on the court but also severely shortens your lifespan. Its incredible that he was able to achieve the success he had in the short time he had, which really speaks to who he was off the court.
Where theyre from everyone is y’all
@@86kickass Not everyone where he is from is 7'6 . The tallest country average height in the world is Netherlands 6'1. He also holds the record for longest wingspan.
@@leltrash5683 That’s just the tallest country. Manute Bol was part of the Dinka tribe which was ridiculously tall. Their leader, who I think was Manute Bol’s grandpa, was Bol Chol Bol, who was said to be 7’10. The Bol family branches off from him and is one of the most prominent examples of the Dinka tribe. Thon Maker who was about 7’1 and played in the NBA was also from the Dinka tribe.
He was definitely older than fourty when he passed still too young though
He could never fly in Economy class.
I can't bare the thought of Shaq posting up against this guy. His legs would snap.
Or AI(Allen Iverson) i against him.
Shaq claims he's one of only two men that have blocked him.
Shaq may have had the strength and weight advantage, but I believe Bol would have still blocked Shaq many times.
xJeffHD the other one who blocked him was yao
You mean BEAR or bare??
I LOVED when he launched 3s. But that final play when he bocked 4 shots. How can u not love that.
he is slenderman
Black slenderman
+Jubiscleu Donino both of u stfu
+Jubiscleu Donino LMFAO 😂😂😂
DnBGenie Lol the slenderman from the congo.
Manute Bol was from Sudan...
Incredible defender. Could shoot the 3. RIP Manute.
Or else, manute Bol top ten blocks of his career
Good idea, i wil take that in my mind ;-)
TW STUDIOS he is one of the best blocker in the league history. And his bpg is higher than his ppg. The only one in the nba
He had 15 in a game. Triple double.
he made a eurostep dunk starting way past the foul line, thats impossible for anyone else in the world.
The only nigga who can block abdul's skyhook
King Don that was goaltending
Goal tending!
Wilt did twice in one possession
Awesome. Saw him play with the Warriors back in the day. Great player and an even greater man. Truly missed.
He got like 6 blocks in just a few seconds towards the end.
Mfers can't even count to 4 anymore, smh
Rip Makaveli
Rip 2pac
It was four in a row, and that's why it was #1.
@@Dusten736 Mfers don’t even know what an exaggeration is anymore, smh
It was hard to root against Manute no matter who your favorite team was. Great guy!!!
He actually was the one that got me into basketball as a fan. I loved watching him play.
Damn It should have been so frustrating play against this dude, He blocks everything
The 4 blocked shots at the end he looks so fierce it's awesome!
As a kid it was always a treat to watch him play 👍🏼
Used to watch a lot of him in college when he played for the University of Bridgeport (CT). I remember all the so called experts saying the NBA player would break him like a twig. His height no doubt was a big advantage, but he had a respectable career, and had nothing to regret looking back. Too bad he died too young (47) and couldn't see his son Bol play.
he bloked so many NBA legends that makes him a legend
Back in the early 1980's Manute was the talk of the town in Bridgeport CT, when he attended University of Bridgeport to play basketball. He entered a bar that I use to frequent and I did a major double take- I thought he was a man walking into the club on stilts! He looked really funny bent way down to play Miss Pac Man. I heard he was a nice guy but not the greatest student at U.B.. I believe he was brought in at the time mostly to boost their basketball program.
One of the great men to ever play in the NBA or walk the earth for that matter. RIP
He dedicated his life to improving the lives of his fellow human beings back in his home country. He sacrificed everything for them. I've got more respect for him than I do for MJ. What did he ever do with his money? Gamble with it.
He sacrificed himself to improve the lives of his countrymen, he didn't need to do that.
He was a great human being…we need more people with his heart
RIP Manute Bol
We will remember u
Graaaaande Manute!!!!! en mi pais , se creaban leyendas sobre este jugador , cada dia era un historia diferente ... otros tiempos..
He wasn’t scared or worried he will get dunked on he knew he will block the person. That is amazing!
2:24 when you’re a pure rim protector on takeover 😂😂
My basketball team as a kid went on a trip to the University of Bridgeport and met Manute. We were all in awe of his height. R.I.P.
rip. bol
It's a shame manure wasn't on better teams. He was truly a graceful player. Everything looked so natural with him, nothing forced.
R.I.P brother I enjoyed watching him back then
He had more blocks than points. He's 7'7" and only 200lbs so don't expect him to be so good at posting up. He's actually a pure center since a center is expected to defend the rim (challenging, rebounding, blocking). He might lack the offensive prowess but he's the perfect center to place in the lowpost if you have a bulky power forward at his side.
exactly, its a team game
WHOS HERE AFTER HIS SON'S DRAFT
Heya Bois yessir you should watch bol bol and manute bol when they were being interviewed
GlizzyBuilds manute bol died
in 2010....bol bol was like 10 years old
#1 was crazy! Seen his teammate #3 hype at the end! #ripmanutebol
Alguien viene acá por el vídeo de Luisito?
Yo 😅
Manute Bol was the best NBA player ever he scared everyone by his looks and would hide his overall abilities very well he was really underrated as you can see from his highlights he shoots a three pointer and makes it like him taking a breath it is so natural for him the sport is so easy for this older perfect athlete. R.i.p. Manute Bol
1:48 bloced Kareem's sky hook? Damn thats impressive bruh
Splash Family looked like a goaltend
RIP Manute, great highlight. I would've had you in my fantasy team for sure with all those blocks 👀
Rip 🙏 big guy was great humanitarian off court his son got serious skills

One of the greatest blockers in the history of baskeball and a great humanitarian as he cover the living costs of some refugees from the Civil War. I hope he will always be remembered and his son will play for the Sudanese national team, because Sudan has many great hoopers such as Maker, Deng and Mathliang but they immigrated to other countries due to the war. Come on Sudan and rest in peace Manute!!!🇸🇩🇸🇩🇸🇩🇸🇩🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸
Who’s here after Bol Bol slipped into the 2nd round?
I am. If Wilt Chamberlain crashed the boards hard, he'd break Bol in half. In fact, if he'd have them both for breakfast, 2 Bols worth!!!!!
He blocked Kareem's Sky Hook.....crazy.
off of magic johnson's pass right
Number 4 was not goal tending ?
Probably was, but it was so close. Too hard for them to tell in real time, I guess (and no replay back then).
Yann Scerri Yup
I knew there was going to be one of these guys in the comments
I didn’t think goaltending was a rule til semi recently?
Semi recently... wtf?
Manute was so underrated. He blocked Kareem. He kept his position when a stronger Mark Eaton tried to post him up in the paint and endrd up blocking it. That's high IQ defense.
Who’s here after Bol Bol 16 10 6 game
Holy shit! I keep seeing that #1 play on karaoke background 😂lmao

Who’s here after his son’s unbelievable NBA debut.
Legend has it he was the origin of the word SWAT. RIP Manute Bol.

His blocks look so effortless
My dad was friends with him in college, He couldnt even speak english when he came over to my dads school.
Mr Bol blocked Kareems Sky hook, nuff said. Oh and 4 blocks in 4 seconds. Legend!
what is the title of the background song?
The sample is Marilyn McCoo - Nothing Can Stop Me

I can't wait to see how Bol Bol fills in his father's shoes!
I miss the 1970s to 2000 basketball age even tho I was even born or felt the experience that how great it was
A true humanitarian. He died penniless because he gave it all away trying to help his fellow countrymen.
He was 7 foot 7! He was a giant! A gentle giant
Who here after the nuggets vs wizards
That blocked skyhook was goal tending.
Pretty damn impressive nevertheless
Very good video. Thanks for posting.
*A very tall man swatting at a ball with one hand*
JESUS CHRIST WHAT AN AMAZING PLAY
The greatest player of all time, right after scalabrine,
Tyler The Moose Bill Russell
*Incoming Lebron Games fans with their keyboards*
Jackson The Dog lmao White Mamba
Michael Jordan
Scalabrine just was pure championship caliber. He’s presence impacted the globe with his play
Playing NBA with 50 years old and still blocking. Legend Manute. R.I.P.
I really miss this guy.
who’s here after finding out he was drunk every game
Me
He got the rehab “ get up and walk my son” legs 🤣
Hopefully his son lonzo bol will dominate the league in his stead.
This was really nice. Love #1!
1:40 was clearly goal tending
What I gathered from this highlight reel is that the Jazz didn't know what to do about Manut. Schooling the old time favorites left, right and center.
Music?
ruclips.net/video/U7ukf-prdvo/видео.html
His bol bol is gonna be a hall of famer if he doesn’t get hurt
good choice for #1, 4 blocks in like 5 seconds. with the finale stuffing shaq
He was much better than Shawn Bradley
One of the very few times Mark Eaton was looking up at someone else
#1 was hilarious not in my house lol dead
This is first time watching MANUTE BOL it’s his B-Day today so Happy Birthday to him!!!!!!🥳🎉🎂 10/16/23
Great video my man
thanks bro!!!
Beautiful. He blocked a couple of the greats. I remember all the fanfare around #8 - he was being interviewed a lot during that period. #4 is an interesting inclusion.
1:21 Lol why was the whole team
there and surrounding 1 player from the other team where are his teammates and why are all Manute Bols teammates there lol
Prolly one of the only people who have a chance of blocking Kareems sky hook
What's the background music playing??? Anyone know??
CrapBite sadly no
Russell H still lookin to this day... ;(
Who’s here after bol bol first game
How isn't number 4 Goaltending?
I don't believe so. The ball is still going up at that point.
A legend
The block master.
He doesn't look like a real human being who could exist on this Earth. Like this is some Lovecraftian shit... I can't comprehend it.
I don't watch basketball, but isn't #4 goaltending?
I don't think so. From what I've learned goaltending can only be called when the player touches the ball as it is dropping into the hoop. The player can still block it if it is going up. Make sense?
+Crolic The ball is descending when he touches it. I thought to not be goaltending, the ball has to be in upward motion, or to have touched the rim.
+Clay Campaigne Its a goaltending...Because a defender ain't allowed to block the shot whenever the ball reaches its peak and all the way down until it hit the rim
+Clay Campaigne back then goaltending went unnoticed a lot of the time. If u watch old players like wilt Chamberlain he goaltended a crap ton.
***** I said it wasnt noticed 'a lot of the time' not all the time.
Those blocks are🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
All of em sucked.....cept #1.....that shit got me pumped up on the low
kevincrudup24 he made a 3 pointer at 7'7 lmfao fym
+Buzzy AM lol
Blocking Kareem's unblockable shot was pretty cool
Blocking everything thanks for posting this 👌🤗
Just look at his 3 he didn’t even need to jump he just did a tippy toe push of the ground
I pray Bol Bol finish his father’s legacy 🙏
4 blocks in 4 seconds. I did see him play at the Capital Centre with Mugsy Bogues. Had floor seats right behind the basket.
