- Hi friends! This week’s video is a what I eat in a day for 75 Hard using Noom. This video is not sponsored, I’m just sharing my personal experience from using Noom and what I’ve been learning from it. Also, I’m not a doctor or nutritionist, I’m just sharing some ideas for meals. I hope you enjoy! Let me know if you’d like more videos like this 🙂

Breakfast:
whole grain english muffin (100cal)
1 whole egg (91cal)
3 tbsp egg whites (25cal)
1 slice turkey ham (28cal)
Thin slice cheddar cheese (43cal)
1 tsp Grape Jelly (17cal)
12 Green grapes: (40cal)
total: 344cal
Snack 1:
2 tbsp Red Pepper Hummus (69cal)
10 Pretzel Crisps (110cal)
8 Cucumber Slices (9cal)
1 tbsp Panera vinaigrette (45cal)
2 Celery stalks (12cal)
Total: 245cal
Snack 2:
Whole wheat bread: (67cal)
2 tbsp peanut butter: (188cal)
1/2 Honey crisp apple (40 cal)
1 tsp grape jelly (17cal)
Total: 312cal
Dinner:
HelloFresh Sun Dried Tomato Spaghetti (swapped noodles for whole wheat noodles (~600cal)
Dessert:
1/2 tbsp Nutella (50cal)
Trader Joe's Wheat Free Toaster Waffle (125cal)
Whipped Cream (15cal)
Jello Sugar free pudding (60cal)
1/2 Banana (53cal)
Total: 303cal

I've used Noom before. It was pretty good. Granted, I did get tired of tracking... 😣

@@kamillahraeBut maybe consider actually measuring your food, even for now, because you would be surprised at how much a tablespoon actually is when it comes to sauces and things like whipped cream. That's where calories can sneak in. I also found that the daily weigh ins were helpful in keeping me aware. Oooh and one more thing, try making a big pot of veggie soup for those snack cravings. I don't know how you feel about the "cabbage soup" thing, but I made that and it's so filling for not a lot of calories. I think of it as like a budget. At the end of your day in this video, you still had extra to "spend" on dessert, which was awesome! I love dessert! 😋
Never heard of Noom but I think I'll try it is it available in Canada or its just the US ?
