I've also been making your lemon & chia water most mornings, since you showed the recipe in your last video. I keep a mint plant in my window so sometimes I'll add a few leaves as well:) It's so refreshing after a long night sleep! I hydrate quite a bit in the mornings like you. Feels so good!

I think it's a routine "work" and she doesn't eat at work, it's not a normal "what i eat in a day".
Dude after all that food and liquid there is no way she could be hungry. I'd be the size of a house if l ate all this.
