Can you still make changes on the stock rear end parts ? I did a gsr disk swap to my crx . It just bolted up . Can is in the air on jack stands. Will the car need to be on the ground to get square it up?

You must have the solid rear suspension. It's better to have your car on ground when checking wheel alignment and if you car were never involve in a fender bender. Then everything at the rear should be good but it's better to check it.
