  • GRF Golf Head Coach Marcus introduces some application of the already very high vertical force Rob was generating in his golf swing - but not making full use of. To then combine this with his low point control (by better timing the "drop") in his movement. This got Rob consistently hitting his irons with greater distance and control.

    I have no idea what you are talking about pop drop and roll it sounds like a science experiment .
