Spend some time on the bodywork, to keep snow off the clutch.
Make sure the entire "tuned pipe" section is 100% intact.
Spend some time with the clutching, or resort to using stock primary clutch. Secondary should be arctic cat with 53 degree helix, can play with blue, yellow, and red/white stripe stock springs. Epi makes white and black springs for cat secondaries.
Check you gear ratios: make it geared low like a jag 340 arctic cat.
Make sure your jetting is spot on, or you'll easily overheat that little 340.
Overall not much power, and not much elevation capability. But if tuned right it will at least pull ya around reliably.
Dunno why I find this interesting, some kind of a novelty or something, lol.
I like fan cooled sleds but with zero body work the belt will slip in any kind of powdery snow. It’d be cool to see you build some custom tub and cowling and then weigh the sled.

ever tried uncoupled and softer coils and torsion springs, softened until it bottoms out to much ( i have had back injury's so I know soft - under control )( every body loves " not being sore )
