Agreed. Tim is what I watch Gamecast for now, while I was complaining about him when I first started watching. He is the coolest dude in gaming now.

Tim is the most professional out of the lot. Whilst he shares his own opinion on his favorite games, he always gives a shout out to other games that the community is into and not all narcissistic about it.
Bardock Agreed, Tim is the best. You can feel the love and passion he has for the games, something the other two seem to have lost a long time ago.

Mighty Max You shouldn't reply to him in a hostile manner. This is a community, everyone has their own share of opinions. If you're trying to spread toxicity, then you're the one that should be leaving, not him.
Listening to Colin's portion right now and he seems to have thought deeply about all of his experiences he had playing games this year and he knows what genres he likes. He's old school and likes different experiences, the passion is there he is just very analytical about how he presents his cases.

If I remember last year you guys settled on Rocket League being the 'game of the year' because of how it took the world by storm, even though none of you played it extensively at all. I don't see why saying Overwatch as your game of the year is any different.
EDIT: Also I think since you all have such different tastes in games it wouldn't be bad to just have your own individual game of the year overall. Because it seems like Greg's would be U4, Colin's Inside & Tim's Overwatch.

They just play off-beat indie games that their indie dev friends throw their way and call it a day.

The game I played the most this year and didn't expect to be was mount and blade warband on ps4, it's awesome.

final fantasy 15 is my game of the year... it has problems but i still love that game, i'm 50 hours in and still playing, finished the story and most of the quests, just hunts and post game dungeons to go...
Infinite Warfare has the best campaign I've played in a Call of Duty game since Modern Warfare 2. I never thought I would ever says that in my lifetime but I'm so glad that It's true.

Just wanted to point out a DOUBLE STANDARD that was mentioned on ps I love you. So many times we have had to listen to rants from these guys saying "I dont have to play a game if I dont want to, or I dont have to be up games asses". And we all have to accept that reason as to why you won't play any big releases. BUT then colin says how much he hated lara croft Go and how badly he wanted it to be over, but he couldn't stop playing because 33% of players got the platinum and he couldn't not be one of them. How is that not a DOUBLE STANDARD!! The platinum has a 1/10 difficulty rating so you will play it, but you won't play a game to have an informed opinion for your fans who give you $50,000 a month on patreon?
Collin argues his preference often, he's not always right. He has a hard time being unbiased to certain games and general media. He's intelligent for sure but extremely subjective. "Loved DOOM's Story" lol
+Lucas Rowland, I have watched these two for years, and I have always had a different opinion to Colin as he is an entirely polarising individual that I believe perpetuates paradoxes, he loves gaming but hates games, he's not up games' asses but he only plays easy platinums Etc, Game play is king and graphics means nothing, but the VIta is much better than the 3ds because of how much better it looks.
I stopped watching for a bout a month after I realised how much they talk absolute shit to get that $$$, and I am probably going to do the same this year to now all the other podcasters are back.
Can I ask, what the hell do you have to be positive about him? Greg I just have zero in common with these days, as he ignores so many AAA games and mainly plays indies. And now Colin is getting $50,000 a month from patreon to make videos, but his priority is to write a book and all he will do is turn to those loyal fans who already paid him to do something that is not his priority and ask them to buy it and they will.
Think about this, you only see my comments as people feel the same way and thumbs them up. If you feel more comfortable letting them get away with this shit then that is great, I wish I had never seen their patreon page, it made me feel physically sick and left a bitter taste in my mouth really. I can't look at them in the same light any more. Not when I see so many more creators out there that make so much more effort and are so grateful. Every youtuber I saw this year started by thanking their viewers for being with them one more year and saying how they plan to grow the channel, Not only did Colin not thank us, but he said he wanted to jump off a cliff while holding gregs hand. You can say it was a joke, which it obviously was, but it is his mindset. Then he said his priority this year was to completely indulge himself in writing a book.
Who the fuck are you to judge these guys so easily. How much money they make has no incidence on who they are and what content they should make or not make. I like Colin as a person, not just as a video game commentator, and I am super excited to know more about what he's writing because I want more content from him as a person.
If you have 0 in common with the Kinda Funny crew, then what in the actual fuck are you still doing watching their videos and spewing shit in their comment sections. You know other youtubers who make "better content" and thank you for viewing it? Great! Go watch those guys and stop being a hater for no fucking reasons.

Watching this almost a month late and I'm finally beginning to realize how much the end of this year (2016) must of worn on you guys. You can tell everyone is on their last nerve, I'm glad you guys were able to push through and seem to be back and better then ever in 2017. Thanks for all the work you guys do, never give up on us and each other.
I hate that no one even mentioned Dishonored 2 (not even during the honorable mention but not for us part) and Civilization 6? XCOM 2? Deus Ex: Mankind Divided? Though I do agree Uncharted 4 is clearly GOTY

Deependra Singh Chauhan why should they? there is no scientific or systematic way by which you equally judge all games by an objective standard and give goty. This stuff is ALWAYS going to be subjective, why should they put a game on the list which they don't feel is game of the year.
I can understand if you're talking about your personal list but I don't understand when people complain about other people's list and what THEY should have on their OWN list.
I am Setsuna is fucking incredible. Critics bashed for the most nitpicky reasons. I don't understand the mid 7s. But that's fine. It's super underrated. Go play it if you haven't.

I have attempted to watch this episode several times and have gone to sleep each time. Can't get past Tim's list. Man is it awful. And why is Collin so quiet???
This year was a great year for games for me anyways but there still wasn't that game that I would put on my all time favorites list besides Skyrim special edition which I've never played and am addicted to, but its an older game so I don't know if that would count. I feel like 2017 and 2018 are going to be my years for games as long as everything comes out on time. There are some games coming out that could be some of my favorite games.
I love watching/listening to these long videos but I just wish they didn't swear as much with the F word

I love Greg, but the moments where he just winds up talking without anyone saying something back to him, he tends to ramble incessantly. There is a 20-25 minute section of this podcast where he just goes on an on, talking very fast and seemingly going in circles. We got your point about 5 minutes ago buddy, ease up
