  • The aim of the posterior shoulder learning test is to evaluate the posterior glenohumeral instability. The patient should be lying on the supine ulna, with his arm in abduction and horizontal flexion, and the examiner should be seated on the side of the shoulder to assess. During the execution of the test a downward pressure movement is made, trying to cause subluxation of the shoulder, which is why when performing this test we must be very careful.
