Came here just to hear her speaking norwegian. She sounds so beautiful and suddenly feel like an entire album in norwegian could be delightful

Backstory - Aurora took part in a Norwegian campaign held annually (Aksjonslåta) and performed her song Runaway in 2016 to raise money for Røde Kors (the Norwegian Red Cross). The purpose of Norwegian Red Cross is humanitarian aid, such as medical aid in war.
    Translation:
Interviewer: Aurora... Thank you! 20-year-old Aurora from Os outside of Bergen. Rolling Stone has picked her as one of the top 10 faces to pay attention to in 2016. And Rolling Stone is rarely wrong - right, Aurora?
    Aurora: *laughs* No.
Interviewer: A couple of minutes ago we got to see and hear your campaign song, Runaway. What is it about?
Aurora: Um... It's about recognizing that the world can be demanding and difficult, and that people can also be demanding and difficult, and not having a safe place to fall when you don't have the strength to be strong.
Interviewer: What do you think about when you're singing? Because I've seen you perform that song previously, and you're remarkably passionate. What are you thinking about?
Aurora: Um... Lots of different stuff. Today I was thinking about people experiencing evil, before they even know the meaning of what evil is. They just notice it around themselves. Not having a place to long for has to feel strange. I thought about that today.
Interviewer: You've just returned from your tour. And you're soon going to be touring again, on the 31st of October. Do you enjoy tour life?
    Aurora: No.
    Interviewer: No?!
Aurora: A little. I like performing. It's very nice seeing that there's real people listening to me, but I don't really like travelling.
Interviewer: Your job makes it so that you're often away from the people you love.
    Aurora: Yes.
Interviewer: What does that do to you?
Aurora: I miss them very much. But it doesn't bother me very much when I know I'll see them again. It both hurts and does me good.
Interviewer: Aurora - this year, you're participating with your campaign song. Why was it important for you to partake in this year's campaign?
Aurora: Oh... It's an honor to simply be here tonight. It's so nice with events like these - can you call them events? Things like these. What we're doing tonight, and all the people that have worked hard to make this happen every year - it's so nice to see that us humans can do good things too. Not just stupid things. It gives me hope for humanity. I like being a part of that.
Interviewer: Aurora, thank you so much for taking the time (to talk to us)!
    Aurora: Thank you!
Interviewer: I think it's time for us to see your campaign film!

@@Alita_N99 I agree, it almost feels like the lite version of learning a language. It's the first language I've really gotten excited about trying to learn. I have duolingo on my phone, and I use it whenever I have time at work where I seem to be doing nothing. And I work in retail, so that's pretty often. I end up spending around 45 minutes on duolingo every day when I'm at work. So it's like I'm being paid to learn Norwegian. Pretty fun haha.

@@yourmissingc0ckring759 In speaking, she uses neither, she speaks the dialect of Bergen, which is called _Bergensk_ , but with some very tiny hints that she may be from just outside Bergen rather than from inside the city itself. I am from Bergen myself, and I think most Norwegians would just detect her speech as being 100 % Bergensk, but it's more like 99.9 %.
In writing, she probably uses Bokmål, but Nynorsk may have been her main written form when going to school, since the municipality where she grew up chose to have Nynorsk as its official written standard. While in Bergen, the municipality is officially neutral but in practice almost entirely Bokmål-centric.
In general, in Norway dialects have a high status, and they can be quite different from both of the two written forms, Bokmål and Nynorsk. There are hundreds of dialects, and people use them in all situations, also formal situations.
