It’s just a rubens tube. You pump propane into one end of the tube and put a speaker at the other end. The pressure created by the speaker will push the propane out in sync with the music.
I built a 6 foot long one of these when I was in high school. It's a great tool to teach about sound waves and frequencies. If you play a specific note/frequency, the flames will actually visually show the waveform and you can measure the distance between the peaks. It's called a Rubens' tube.

The only place that may be useful is out on the concrete patio of the Mansion of the people who would pay that much for a Bluetooth speaker
